So I started collecting a bunch of 1/12 Arcade Models, but then decided to make a diorama out of it when the grew in numbers. Here are some photos of it.
You can find the full photoset on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mkopke...34400212/page1 Enjoy! Let me know if you liked them! K |

Wow, thats amazing, great pics. love arcade photos. i like the attention to detail like: barcardi bottles, boxes pacman is standing on and the console display with the genesis's, superb!...are you sure those arcades are for 1:12? seems smaller to me for some reason. the only thing i would change from those pics is the floor, its kinda busy and takes away from the figures, make the floor a simple color instead of the checkered floor

Thank you!!
I had a lot of fun doing this! The arcades are from their Japanese versions, so yes, they are smaller than our American ones. Model Kit boxes had 1/12 scale written. As for the floor, since I was using Japanese Arcade versions, I also used their traditional black and white check pattern, that's why I used it. |

Amazing arcade diorama! I had the same idea, but just never got around to it yet. They need to release more 1/12 arcade machines to fill it up better.
This guy customized his crane game kit to have lights and motion! very cool! https://youtu.be/j_qk9b1uIgY Last edited by QuasiMort; 11-06-2017 at 10:58 AM.. |

this is so amazing! you did a great job and should be super proud of yourself! I know I could count, but didn't. How many aracade machines are there? are they all model kits? I love the last photo with the prize display cabinet with all those systems! this is so legit! I want one! Around how much were the Arcade machines? I think the floor you did is amazing and so accurate! Good choice! I was in the military for a little while and this looks like a straight up Japanese arcade except they have those machines with all the big BBs.

So these are coming out this week (4th Q of Nov 2017). They appear to be about 1/12 scale. They even have real LCD screens with a ton of playable games. A set of 3 goes for about $42 USD. You might need to expand your arcade diorama

These things are freakin' neat! I wish there were more arcade games in the scale I collect (1:18). The only thing I have is a Pac-Man that had candy in it.
Also I have a few of those tiny Segas but I don't remember where they are at the moment. I wanted an Xbox but being as they're a Japanese thing I don't think they made one.
