Those look great. So far I have avoided the THOR line, just not that interesting to me, but the Captain America line looks to be very promising.

I will definitely get some Hydra Attack soldiers. Get a better look at Captain America’s Red Skull And His Hydra Minions

I will be avoiding any figures from any movie line. Conversely, I've bought nearly all COMIC BASED figures from every single Marvel 3 3/4'' line. Hopefully we'll see a new comic based Hydra figure somewhere in here, because the TRU exclusive one does NOT fit the bill- it was just a Union Jack repaint.

Yeah, that TRU set had two very sub-par figures and the friggin rad white hand ninja.
I'm hoping for comic versions down the line but am loving the look of these Hydra goons. Fingers-crossed these hit the bargain bins after 6 months and I can build a decent army! |

It's funny that the movie Hydra Agent looks more authentic to the comics than the Marvel Universe Hydra agent does! At least MU managed to get the AIM soldier right. What I really want to see in the Captain America line is a comic Dum Dum Dugan figure.

DAMN YOU HASBRO!!!
Movie figures are supposed to stink so I can avoid buying them. Not only do the Hydra figures break the rule about movie bad guys aren't supposed to look cool but it broke the rule of being a squad builder from a movie that looks cool. Getting the feeling that I'm going to have to make a couple of little squads with these figures because they could be used so many places. Just looks like they would fit the bill for bad guys in any 4" line from Star Wars to GI Joe. At last that endless stream of good guy releases will have some bad guys to beat up on now. |
