they did not say that Brian and Mollah were the only oversized for that matter it's Club Exclusive meaning there are 12 figures, 2 Oversized, and 1 Exclusive = 5 of the 12 have been shown Saint Walker, Phantom Stranger, Larfleeze, Elongated Man, Wally West and the Exclusive Mollah leaving 7 monthly and 2 Oversized grand totaling 15 figures. So Shot in the Dark guesses Freddy Freeman, Indigo-1, Vox with Mini Bee, Merlyn, Steel, Spellbinder III, and Scarecrow. 2 oversized Doomsday (Darkseid Sculpt), Killer Croc (Bane Sculpt)

I think they are making a little bit more than the # of subscribers. they have to make some in case of missing figures, damaged/defective figures that get past quality control, and ones that go up on the site (very few). a bonus for us is that we get to buy things on the site before the general public gets their hands on them....SOOOOOO that being said by time the general public gets them, most likely the pickins will be slim to none.
you fellas who didn't sub better make friends with people who did sub real quick and get in on the pre sale action...thus to hopefully secure figure or two from the "day of sale" category |

Why do I have a feeling that once the sub figures start shipping off that people are going to be pissed and annoyed with shipping costs?

So I have heard lol. I cannot commit to something while going in blind on total cost. Shipping is expensive enough as it is and they say they are raising it? If they gave us the TOTAL amount of $ [shipping included depending on country] I would of considered signing up even more. God knows what will happen to me next year, may lose my job, have no income, ect. I cannot commit to a whole year thing even if I wanted too because I love the line. Fuck I could DIE and what then?

Q. What can I buy? A. Early Access was created especially so 2013 subscribers can more easily buy products NOT available through subscriptions. So, for example, when a product that isn’t part of a subscription goes on sale (like 2012’s Granymyr™ or the PKE Meter), subscribers will get the first chance to buy it through Early Access. If it sells out during the Early Access period, that’s it – there won’t be any product for non-subscription holders to buy in the coming sale. Q. If I have one brand’s subscription can I buy from the other brands? A. Early Access lets subscribers have the first chance at purchasing products that aren’t available in any of the subscriptions. Early Access will NOT allow you to buy subscription products from other brands early. For example, if you have a Watchmen subscription, you can’t buy Club Eternia subscription products early, like Netossa™ or Elongated Man – but you CAN buy Masters of the Universe® Classics products that aren’t part of Club Eternia®, like Granymyr™. The way I read it is that non of the sub items will be available during the early access period. But the way some of these things are worded make it not entirely clear. I hope your interpretation is the right one. |

Early access only gives you early access to NON-SUBSCRIPTION products. Like, for example, an SDCC exclusive. It DOES NOT give you access to products from other subscription lines.
This has been covered already.

They covered this at SDCC, here. Scroll down to picture number 88.

If you had added it to your cart at matty -- just to see it, not to buy it -- just throw it in the cart then delete it -- it would have showed you the shipping charges. For me, it was $9.90. So that would have put figures right at $30 for me, with tax. I'll miss these from my collection for sure, but I just can't stomach paying that much for a figure that at retail would be half that. $17 for one of these is about my limit.

BTW, your shipping complaint is going on deaf ears to me. When you start importing a Japanese Blu-Ray series on a monthly basis, then you can complain about the cost of shipping. Until then, suck it up!! Paying shipping from the US to Canada is HALF the cost of paying shipping from Japan to the US. Last edited by Dr Kain; 08-07-2012 at 07:12 PM.. |
