Since to my knowledge NECA never did anything other than Gears of War in the 3.75 scale AND dropped the Resident Evil license I made one myself not long ago.
I don't usually post pics of the figures I make (unless someone here asks to see one) because I don't think they're good enough but I put a lot of effort into this one. To be honest I think it was the hardest I tried to get a figure I made as close to the source material as I could. He's not 100% accurate but for the size and parts I had on hand it's as close as I could get. I'm planning to get a Winter Soldier Red Skull and make a Wesker but I'm still looking for a head I can pop on there that looks enough like him. Last edited by snake5289; 02-25-2015 at 12:50 AM.. |

Never be ashamed in your work, especially if you did your best. Everyone who has ever gotten into this hobby has worked hard to develop their skills. If anything you will get tips on how to improve. With that being said I think this is a very good figure and can't wait to see what else you have created and will create.

I appreciate that mate. It's just an OCD thing I can't seem to shake. If even the slightest detail is off or wrong I can't stop focusing on it and in my head it's no good.
I'm a lot better about it than I used to be though. |

This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite customs I've seen posted. You did a great job!
Man. A 3.75" Resident Evil toyline would be awesome. NECA's GOW line was really good... except for the fact they never made any Locusts. |

That's mighty nice of you.
Back when they announced the 3.75 Gears line it got me so pumped. There were so many possibilities. 3.75 Predator, Aliens, Terminator, Robocop, but what I really wanted was a Joe sized RE line spanning from RE0 to RE6 and everything in between. But alas it never happened and not long after they dropped RE completely. Such a bummer. |

My favorite scale is the 3.75/1:18 scale simply cause there is just some much possible with that scale and to make it affordable. I primarily collect and customize in that scale and only venture off from it if I find something I just have to have. I wish that we can get more lines in that scale that are on par with GI Joe and Marvel Universe.

Couldn't agree more. There's very few exceptions like SW Black Boba and ROTJ Luke but outside of stuff like that I stick to 3.75. Guess that's why I haven't bought anything new in a while because everyone's going back to the 5 poa figures. Makes me really nervous about whatever figures come out of the Superman/Batman movie. Hopefully they'll be part of the Multiverse line or along the same lines.

You ain't lying. I was looking forward to a 3.75 Guardians of the Galaxy line and was really pissed with what we got. Now the Avengers: Age of Ultron figures are out and they just continue the disappointment. Mattel kills me with their stuff too. Sure their lines have been decent but nothing compared to what Hasbro has done. I just want a DC line that uses the same articulation as their 6 inch line. Ain't like it can't be done. Jakks did it with their wrestling and UFC figures.

Yeah I was looking forward to some cool GotG figures to go in my MU set-up too.
The Multiverse line isn't as good as DCC's Injustice line imo but I've got a few and they're still pretty good. Two-Face and Mr. Freeze are awesome. Why'd DCC have to stop making the Injustice figures before making Shazam though? |

The Injustice, and even the Green Lantern figures they did, are nice but the only problems I had with them is htat they were just a bit small and they are easily broken. I had to replace my Cyborg figure cause his arm broke off ass soon as I got him out of the box.

I had problems with Catwoman but that was it. I need to track down the Hal Jordan they made to go with them. Maybe Atrocitus and John Stewart too if they aren't too expensive.

Well all those sets were convention exclusives but I have seen them range from $40-$50 so it shouldn't be too hard.

I saw the Hal/Saint Walker set up for pre-order on some website but I don't remember which or how much it was. Maybe they're going to re-release them or something.

Actually it's up on Amazon. Think I'll order one when it gets a little closer to my b-day.

My local comic book store was able to get some of them in. The prices I told you were what they had them at. Of course there is no telling what Ebay or Amazon has them for. Might be able to get them cheaper.

There were different prices but they were in the $25-$40ish price range. I think Hal/Saint Walker and John/Atrocitus together were about $65.

That's a good deal. Wondering how much shipping would run.

If I'm not mistaken it was free shipping if the order was over $35 which that definitely qualifies.

Made an Umbrella mercenary to face off with Chris. Sorry the first pic is so crappy.
All I need for Wesker is a head with a decent likeness and some spiffy sunglasses that I can pop onto a CA:TWS Red Skull. Guess I need to start checking online instead of just browsing around stores. If anyone has some ideas or recommendations I'm all ears. Last edited by snake5289; 02-25-2015 at 12:56 AM.. |

Check out Broken Arrow Toys
This is a custom casting company my buddy runs that works specifically in the 3.75 scale. I have even contributed a few items there. Quite a large selection and I am sure there are a few good choices that would work perfectly. |

I saw those. Once I find the right body and gear I'll be getting the Leon headcast for sure.
I saw one that would be perfect for Wesker but it was sold out. I'll have to keep an eye on it. Thanks a bunch for the recommendation. |
