I think this is about the first time I've been grateful that Bandai America decreed that online retailers weren't allowed to ship outside of North America, I would have bought the 8" figures if I'd been allowed.
Still, it seems that Bandai aren't really too sure what they're doing, surely 3.75" figures and vehicles for the modern figures and 6" for the classic from the start would have worked nicely. Still, very glad we're getting 6" figures now.

Like to see what mummra looks like and ill probably return the 8" liono I have once the 6" comes out. Makes me scratch my head why they'd decide to make out of scale with everything else 8" classics and only make two of them to start then start making 6".

6" Classics? Well that sucks ass. I loved the 8" figures and if they aren't continuing those, then I doubt I will continue to buy them.
Also, keeping this in news, but Thundercats coverage is done at our Thundercats site, Thundercats.ws. So it won't be FP'ed here. They actually put up a few different pre-orders. Bandai Thundercats Wave 02 Armor of Omens 12" Announced Last edited by Joe Moore; 10-21-2011 at 04:32 AM.. |

I think it's interesting that they've made this announcement before the figures have been released outside of North America, perhaps they were just testing the water........

Has me wondering also and if they are making Tygra in 6" and if Lion-O is going to be the same as the 8" version. I'd return Lion-O and Tygra today in 8" scale if I knew they were both coming out exactly how they were in 6" scale as that matches better with ML and DCU.

I just bought and opened my 8 inch Lion-O. I think I will like the 6 inch scale better. I hope Mumra is at leat 7 inches tall. They should be MOTUC & ML compatable.

8" was about 2" too big.
6" sounds just about right to me. Will pull the trigger on these depending on what they look like.

Now what the hell am I supposed to do with my 8" Lion-O? Hopefully somewhere down the line there will be a Mumm-ra to fit in scale with him.
