Incredible shoot Joe. Seriously, toy brands should hire you to shoot officially their products for marketing purposes
This said, these statues are nice and would have been a great addition to the market... if they had been sold in the 1990's-2000's. As already written in the review, we can now get fully articulated pieces of art by NECA for a similar price. So.

The unmasked predator face doesn't look to bad.

For its size it's solid but like Joe said at this price range you can pick up a NECA predator which will look a lot better, be larger, and be articulated.

There's a pretty big difference between what was shown and what was released. Look at the difference between the teeth and mandibles, the less detailed & misaligned paint apps.

I said it when you guys ran your previews on this line, and I'll say it again...$30 for a 4" statue? AND, it now turns out that the paint on the final retail versions looks worse/sloppier/less detailed than the initial promotional shots?
Eaglemoss can GTFO. PASS. Quote:
I know this happens sometimes in this business - promotional pictures or prototype figures that look better and/or different than what's eventually released - but this is like night and day. People who may have been sold on the promo shots and perhaps pre-ordered based on them really got baited and switched, IMO. Last edited by Dolemite; 02-28-2017 at 01:13 PM.. |

Anyone notice that that's not the Scar Predator from AVP? It's clearly Youngblood, two wristblades, awesome scene in the movie? Eaglemoss gotta do their homework, not bad though
