One of my absolute favourite Micro Machines line is the Galaxy Voyagers space collection. I just love all the designs, especially as they are not from any films or TV shows. They are Galoob toys at their creative best. I have a complete loose collection of these, in addition to all the MIB sets and playsets.
Occasionally I get a private message from a fellow collector, expressing extreme anger at the fact that my collection is mostly mint in box items. The truth is my loose collection is also vast, I just haven't taken many pictures. It still baffles me that a complete stranger would get so angry about what I choose to collect. I agree toys are meant to be opened, but at the same time I really appreciate the packaging. |

Ah the hate. Some people are so petty and have no lives. I have a bunch of both but I have never taken pics of the whole collection because that would take forever. (although I truly need to at some point) I actually enjoy figs in their packaging but some are just to awesome to leave trapped thus why 80% of my predators are loose. Now, go take pics of the loose stuff so I can get upset at how many you have...
I also take pictures of toy catalogues, then use them as a checklist for specific collections. For example, the Rockin' Wheels collection is immensely difficult to find. There are 4 fairly common ones but the rest and pretty much impossible to find, but at least I know what they look like! |

Lots more new additions to my collection recently, and a complete overhaul with how my photos are organized. Have a browse and see if you can find any memories of your childhood!

I was a big spaceship Micro Machines fanboy; as well as one of the bigger members at the old Galoob forums.
Star Wars, Star Trek, MIB, Starship Troopers, I have a lot of them as well as some of Galoobs own space line, as well as some other ships in similar scales. I never saw the Action Fleet TIE Defender, but man did I want it; I loved TIE Fighter on the PC back in the day and that was my ship. I've also had some renewed interest thanks to the Hot Wheels finger flyers and the Hasbro's return to Micro Machines; that the new ones fit on the old bases is a really nice touch. I picked up the Rebels set and am quite happy with them. |

Funnily enough that's exactly how I started collecting Micro Machines. My previous interest was space toys and this spilled over into Micros when I found the Galaxy Voyagers series. That line was Galoob at their creative best in my opinion.
I then followed this collection up with all the ones you've listed... Star Wars, Men in Black, Star Trek, Aliens, Predator etc. I have pretty much all of them now, aside from the odd piece, so the next logical step was to venture into the regular vehicle collections and playsets. The space and movie themed stuff are still my favourite though. Probably a good investment too having seen the prices of some of them these days! The Men in Black sets in particular always go for big bucks on ebay. If you have anything you're looking to sell give us a shout, I may be interested. |

Yeah, mine are probably worth quite a bit, but I'm an opener and I enjoyed them in my younger days.

Contact me and I'd be happy to discuss my collection that I'm looking to sell which includes several Galoob Micro Machines, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, etc. So, if you or anyone else is interested in purchasing items, I'm happy to sell. [email protected] is where I can be reached. Thanks!

I used to have literally hundreds of MicroMachines, the little town playsets, the toolbox that turned into a city with bridge, Star Trek ships, etc. as a kid, I would set up the city and town playsets in an appliance box and place cars all over the town. Then I would set up my VHS camcorder, and toss two dozen live crickets into the town. For the cinematic climax, I'd place my 3ft long Savannah Monitor lizard into the box and she'd ravage the town, gulping down crickets. I'd edit the video, add Godzilla sounds, and get worried looks from my parents... aaaahhhh the good old days...

hi, I am new to this page and its process but I have a full collection of the following; Windham Heights Cobblestone Corners Collectibles, full set and background; micro machine complete sets (air planes, cars, boats, trucks, etc. I am trying to contact the right person who wishes to purchase, these items. I have been doing a little research and was pleased to see they both have a nice value to them.
