These look good and I don't know what to do with myself. Those sharks are gonna be so much fun for kids.

Yeah, these have been popping up on ebay the last week or so. I want that Black Manta SO, SO badly. He's a rare example where a movie version of a comic book character may actually look even BETTER than the source material instead of worse.
And that Trench Warrior dude looks a lot like a Deep One from the Lovecraft mythos. Cool. Last edited by Dolemite; 09-24-2018 at 04:49 PM.. |

I picked up a Black Manta at Wal-Mart last Thursday, only figure I wanted from the wave and he doesn't disappoint, great figure.

I'm going to look for these when I go to walmart today. I'm probably going to pass on Aquaman since I'll wait for the Mafex version, but Black Manta is a lock, and I'll see what's up with Mera and Ocean Master.

Ya I saw these the other day at my Walmart. The first time I saw them though was at another Walmart and someone had cut out the front of the box of the Mera figure and took her completely out plus the build a figure piece. I second Walmart I saw them at had a Mera so I got her.

i think these figures are awesome, the only thing that i dont like is Aquamans outfit. they should have gone with the modern outfit with the one sided shoulder pad etc...im a Aquaman fan but i always thought that his classic outfit (orange long sleeve shirt) needed a revamp bigtime

Man, these figures look good, but... something's wrong with Aquaman. His shirt color is way off. It's supposed to be bright shiny orange, but... it almost looks skintone! So close, yet so far...

I really wish they'd stop giving Orm and Aquaman only one gripping hand. They just end up holding their tridents in one hand so you can't even have two-handed poses. If they really wanted the the closed fists, they should have included them as extra accessories.

I like Manta's movie design, so saw the 12inch version at Wal-Mart for $9 and 11 pts of articulation, makes it pretty cool.
