Groovy.

The figure and accessories look fantastic. I hope this means a potential Army of Darkness release of Evil Ash.

That looks amazing, $350 is a bit hard to swallow though, but man.

This is excellent in general. But the non luxury version sounds fair. That's a big tickent for the luxury edition for sure but with the accessories and a pretty interesting diorama/stage sounds a bit fair for an added $150 especially if its limited. Not that huge of a Evil Dead fan but this is pretty ultimate for the scale.

Ordered luxury. Seeing those portraits, I can probably use one of my sideshow s for the Evil ash version.

I was hoping neca would do a new Quarter inch, but neca seems to have quit with that scale.

Limited 666 I see what they did there.

I looked at the Luxury more closely and it really is worth it. Extra shirt, head sculpts, diorama, arms and so on, definitely worth it.

I think 350 is high a lot to spend on anything, but we are really talking about 50 dollars more than a regular Hot Toys.

With the inevitable inflation catching up, this looks like a steal of a deal to me currently.

Yep. Dioramas cost a lot, especially in 1/6 scale. Then you have the extra body parts and shirt and so on...it's a good deal. You can create extra figure(s) if you simply get a blank body and some innovation.

As I am done with Hasbro, I think I am turning my attention and all my profits to 1/6 scale, NECA and McFarlane.

Most of my 1/6 are customs I have done. I have done so many close to accurate characters you can only dream of sometimes. I did my Ferrigno Hulk with Bruce Banner, Al and Bud Bundy, Michael Knight and I expect to use those extra Evil Dead pieces and create an Evil Ash and a Henrietta and yeah....WORTH IT!

I had to get this. Ash and the man who plays him are both absolute icons. Plus- the luxury is everything I could want in a standalone figure display (I typically favour ensemble displays A sweet diorama with a backdrop, nicely elevated on a base with a stylish nameplate and enough extras to work through a range of display options.
Being a limited edition piece also provided the FOMO incentive to jump on it straight away.

Just need to remember to save cash to pay him off at the end of the year. I hate deposit only orders. The balance payments always seem to come as a surprise!
