I'm going to rearrange the Waves based on the cases shown at the Hasbro Toy Shop. Can't get more official than that, huh?

List looks good, man. You and I seem to share a similar compulsion, in wanting to create lists for our action figures. I maintain an excel sheet for my own collection to track what's coming out in each line I collect, the waves, whether I have an item, etc. |

Hasbro doesn't DO logic. A New Hope white dress Leia still hasn't seen a vintage collection release. Movie costume Cap was #9 in the series, and villains were rare as hens' teeth for the first several months the line was out.

Is there some site with pics of all these?
I've seen some official pics but not everything- I've only seen one armor fig and no Black Widow. I thought some Arker had seen the Hulk and passed on him. |

There's the SDCC pics, but I don't think Hulk was in the sightings pics posted here by another Arker.

While you and I may disagree with Hasbro's decisions, I'm confident they have some sort of business logic to justify them. We just don't have enough information on hand to understand it.

Totally agree- we dont know what liscencing, shipping or import costs there are.
Radiolab (the best show ever) just did a free podcast on Marvel's legal wrangling to reduce import costs on their action figures- give a listen- you'll be hooked! Mutant Rights - Radiolab |

Eh, I've known HTS to be wrong in the past. I tend to trust BBTS's info more. But who knows in this case. Figure #1 is listed in what HTS calls Wave 2. I would assume figure #1 should be in Wave 1, but maybe I'm too logical for Hasbro. You do know that HTS isn't actually a part of Hasbro though, right? They're just a separate company licensed by Hasbro to use their name and sell their products. Info learned from them is no more official than info learned from any other online retailer.
List looks good, man. You and I seem to share a similar compulsion, in wanting to create lists for our action figures. I maintain an excel sheet for my own collection to track what's coming out in each line I collect, the waves, whether I have an item, etc. And thanks for the compliment. I do have a compulsion to make and update checklists for just about everything. I did the spreadsheet thing for a long time until I got down to a short list of the stuff I'm missing. Now I have a small google docs spreadsheet with the remaining items I don't own. Much easier than filtering through a massive list of everything I do. Quote:
That Arker you mentioned is tsweet. The thread is here. Pretty far down in the thread are some pictures of Hulk in package. |

Hasbro mentioned during their liveblog with Marvel a couple weeks ago that there were "over 15 figures" coming in the Avengers line (I'm the one that asked that question). We now know what 14 of the figures are. Any guesses what else we might see?
I'd love figures of Agent Coulson and Maria Hill, but those are doubtful since Hasbro's already denied Coulson, and I can't see them putting more than one female in this line. A new Nick Fury would be nice, and I guess he's a possibility. The secondary villain, which seems like they'd be an army builder, should be obvious, but Hasbro hasn't exactly had the best track record with villains in recent movie lines. If we do get a villain other than Loki, they'll probably be 1 to a case in wave 4 and never hit retail. I was personally hoping for nice new modern comic versions of Loki and Widow, but again, doubtful. |

They could just make a carded Fury from that IM2 four pack.
Nothing to develop in that idea. I'm betting on some repaint though- Cap in pink or some nonsense. |

a local TRU put out a case of figures today (that they wouldn't sell to me) that had all of the figs you mentioned for wave 1 plus Loki, so I wouldn't be surprised if he shows up there somehow. Also, he was #12.

The 15th will be red skull. The legos supposedly leaked he was the other villan and he fits the other critera of already peg warming.
Assuming that its RS does it bother anyone that they have no intention of releasing a single charecter that hasn't been released already? |

These are not the same versions as prior characters- new Iron Man armor, Ultimate Thor, Hawkeye, Cap outfit, etc. we're not seeing something like the MK IV armor taht gatheres dust on pegs even today. But damn, I really wanted, more than anyone else, a Maria Hill figure! And Coleson! I think, as much as the Red Skull is likely, it could also be whatever kind of alien soldier Loki is useing to attack. I ant imagine they'd leave those out...and it makes perfect sense not to reveal those right away in figure form- nothing sucks more than toys that blow the movie's twists and suprises. |

So there was a lot of confusion about the TRU release date, and I found out why today.
As you can see, the boxes clearly state Feb 27th. But the TRU computers say Feb 5th. Apparently the computer is more up to date, because the manager brought out some for me: |
