Here's the checklist for the Avengers 3.75" toy line. I'll be attempting to sort them by wave and release number (when available), and alphabetical when the number is unknown.
If you find something I missed or any mistakes, post a reply and I'll do my best to address them quickly. Here's the list: SINGLE PACKS Wave 1 [ ] 01 Super Shield Captain America (Comic Series) [ ] 02 Battle Hammer Thor (Comic Series) [ ] 03 Heavy Artillery Iron Man (Concept Series) [ ] 04 Rocket Grenade Captain America (Concept Series) [ ] 04 Rocket Grenade Captain America (Concept Series) Maskless Variant [ ] 05 Marvel's Hawkeye (Comic Series) [ ] 06 Sword Spike Thor (Concept Series) Wave 2 [ ] 07 Reactron Armor Iron Man Mark VI (Concept Series) [ ] 08 Gamma Smash Hulk (Movie Series) [ ] 09 Shock Strike Thor (Movie Series) [ ] 10 Shield Launcher Captain America (Movie Series) [ ] 11 Iron Man Fusion Armor MK VII (Movie Series) [ ] 12 Cosmic Spear Loki (Movie Series) Wave 3 [ ] 13 Marvel's Hawkeye (Movie Series) [ ] 14 Grapple Blast Black Widow (Movie Series) [ ] 15 Skrull Soldier (Comic Series) Wave 4 [ ] 17 Assault Squad Nick Fury [ ] 16 Cosmic Axe Chitauri [ ] 18 Shatterblast Iron Man Deluxe Series Wave 1 [ ] Captain America Arial Infiltration (Comic Series) [ ] Iron Man Divebomb Mission (Comic Series) Wave 2 [ ] Deluxe Chitauri Cosmic Chariot Invasion EXCLUSIVES Walmart [ ] 01 Avengers Comic Collection Comic Series (Hulk, Classic Iron Man, Marvel's Hawkeye, Loki) [ ] 02 Avengers Comic Collection Comic Series (Captain America, Thor, Modern Iron Man, Black Widow) Canada [ ] Original Avengers Concept Series (Super Combat Captain America, Hammer Smash Thor, Iron Man Arctic Armor, Secret Strike Loki) Target [ ] 8-Pack Avengers Figure Collection Movie Series (Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Marvel's Hawkeye, Nick Fury, Loki) VEHICLES [ ] Stark Tek Assault Armor - Iron Man (Concept Series) [ ] Stark Tek Assault Armor - Captain America (Concept Series) [ ] Avengers Quinjet [ ] Iron Man Firestrike Assault Jet (Comic Series) [ ] Captain America Goliath Assault Tank (Comic Series) [ ] Helicarrier Last edited by Peteparker; 01-23-2013 at 01:59 AM.. Good detail in the molds, just unfortunate about the articulation. Only in for the Hawkeye so far, not because I'm happy with him, but because I don't have several versions of him already. I mean seriously, 2 Caps, 2 Thors, and yet another IM in the first wave? That's before even adding the deluxes into the mix.
Just a side note, isn't Hulk in wave 1? The one with the action feature? |

Don't forget the other "Wave 1" figures that started showing up in SoCal last week: Shield Launcher Cap, Iran Man Fusion Armor (Mk. VII), Shock Strike Thor, Gamma Smash Hulk, and Cosmic Spear Loki, all from the movie series. We also know that a movie series Black Widow and a "stealth" repaint of the Iron Man Mk. VI will be out at some point, but until someone like BBTS or EE list cases up for pre-order, I don't think we'll definitively know whats in wave 1 or subsequent waves.
Also, don't forget the Helicarrier under vehicles. If this is anything like the Iron Man 2 or Cap movie lines, I think it's very likely we'll see waves 1 and 2 hit simultaneously at launch. Or if it's anything like Thor, we'll see wave 2 hit sometime around Xmas. |

5 Caps, 3 Thors and 3 Iron Men in the first case? Where's Hawkeye? Where's Hulk? Where's Loki? This is awful. It already stinks like the Thor series with less articulation! |

Hulk's listed in Series 2 as well as a TBD. Just like the Thor line the retailers are gonna have to get past the 1st wave of crap before we see any decent figures

I just finished an email to Hasbro customer service explaining why they won't be getting near as much of my money as they did with Thor and Cap. It probably won't do much, but maybe if we all complain about the articulation enough, the next movie will be a little less crappy.

That was my exact reaction. The wave one case is ALL Thor, Cap, and Iron Man. The wave two case adds in Hulk (x2) and a SINGLE TBD, which I'm guessing is Loki. No Hawkeye, no Widow. I'm guess they'll be one per case in wave three or later, which means they'll be extremely scarce at retail after this initial glut. Hasbro just never learns.

Is Hulk's figure actually a deluxe? Do the case ratios determine the waves? |

The Avengers 3.75" Figure Series 02 - Case of 12 - The Avengers (2012) Figures
"1x Reactron Armor Iron Man" Reactron? Is that what we're calling the stealth armor now? |

No, waves are independant of case ratios. The case ratios are determined by the assortment number printed on the case. And a single wave may cover any number of assortments. Then there are some assortments that are a mix of figures from different waves (aka a case revision).

Hulk is a basic figure, he's in the wave 2 case. It appears that wave 1 is all comic and "concept" series figures, and wave 2 is where the "movie" series figures are, with some wave 1 carried over. But to your point, a couple of figures that were revealed at NYCC, Hawkeye (movie and comic) and Widow, are nowhere to be seen in these waves. So I echo your "WTH?"
