Hey Guys,
Huge fan of Batman The Dark Knight Returns comic and looking to get some cool figures if they have made any....possibly an old series or coinciding with the release of the animated movies a few years back. Any suggestions? Pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

They did but varies on your budget
(cheapest)DC multiverse did a line with Batman armoured, Batman, Superman, Robin (cassie) Joker , Mutant leader , and Children of that Batman. DC Classics did only 4 , Superman, Joker, Cassie and batman (more expensive)Mezco Batman (Blue, Black and Dark Blue i think) Black and light blue come with less accessories seems dark blue comes with all Mutant leader Mutant leader and battle dmg batman |

Thanks Then, Mattel has made some figures from DKR (6" or 6.5" scale) in their 6" lines (the Black/Grey Batman in the Batman Unlimited line, all the others in the DC Multiverse line), including Batman in both Black/Grey and Blue/Grey costumes: Superman: Son of Batman: Mutant Leader: Robin: Armored Batman: and most recently, Joker: and, of course, the first figures Mezco made in their fantastic One:12 Collective line (6" or 6.5" scale), Batman from DKR, with multiple variants (Black/Grey, Black/Teal, Black/Dark Blue, and Monochrome/Black and White): and Mutant Leader: and the two-pack of Batman and Mutant Leader from when they brawled: (sorry if this is too many images) Last edited by Jeddostotle7; 08-16-2017 at 02:08 AM.. |

Never too many images. Many of these are awesome and just what I'm looking for! Is there a good place to find these or do I need to hit ebay because they're older?

Aside from the DC Direct ones, all of these came out sometime in the last 4 years (Batman Unlimited Black/Grey Batman was 2013, Mezco Black/Grey and Teal/Grey were 2014, Mezco Dark Blue/Grey and Black&White Batman as well as the Batman/Mutant Leader 2-pack and the individual Mutant Leader were 2015, DC Multiverse Superman, Blue/Grey Batman, and Son of Batman were 2016, and DC Multiverse Mutant Leader, Robin, Armored Batman, and Joker were all 2017). The Mattel ones (Batman Unlimited//DC Multiverse) you can usually find for relatively cheap on Amazon, partly because Mattel... ain't the best, but the Mezco ones you'll have to fork out a fair bit for either for 3rd party Amazon sellers or eBay, except for the individual Mutant Leader; that one you might be able to pay the original price or slightly higher for, the others (Batman variants and Batman/Mutant Leader 2-pack) you're definitely gonna have to pay at least $100, if not $150-200, for.

Yea I'm partial to the 4-Pack of DC Direct and the Mezco Light Teal Batman. Mezco looks like around 200 bucks which is steep. The 4-Pack I'm not really seeing at TRU.

TRU never carries DC Direct/ DC Collectibles figures. eBay would be your best bet. The single carded ones came out over 10 years ago. The 4 pack was a newer release, maybe in the last 5 or 6.
I prefer the colour schemes on the single carded set and they come with pretty neat street bases and a lamp post. DC Direct Batman Dark Knight Returns Action Figures (4 Figure Set) MIB Unopened Last edited by SpasticPlastic; 08-17-2017 at 03:13 PM.. |

The DC multiverse line by mattel has also just released a walgreens exclusive DK2 Flash (with an unmasked "Old Bruce" head you can use on the DKR/Armoured Batman figures) and a DK2 Wonder Woman is also planned as well

DC Collectibles released a 2 pack of the DKR Batman and Superman last year around the time BvS came out. They also did a 3 pack of Batman, Robin, and the Mutant Leader for the Batman TAS line. The 3 figures are based on the episode Legends of the Dark Knight which featured a DKR segment.
https://www.amazon.com/DC-Collectibl.../dp/B01IRKBE9A. https://www.amazon.com/DC-Collectibl...man+adventures Edit: Just another thought. Mezco is getting ready to do three new Batman figures that show Batman at the beginning, middle, and end of his career. The end figure is supposed to be their take on DKR Batman. Only the beginning figure has been shown so far but this may be a way for you to get a Mezco DKR Batman at a reasonable price. Last edited by jwyss234; 08-17-2017 at 01:33 PM.. Reason: More to add |

That sounds awesome. Not sure how Mezco works but I saw DKR Batman on their site as a preview but never saw it actually for sale. Not a fan of the decos on the 2 Amazon links that you sent but I do appreciate it greatly. I just like kind of the blue or even better teal hint to that Batman and when he looks kind of old and hulky. Too many of the above examples made him look like a basic batman with slight changes.

Mezco isn't doing a 3 pack. Just 3 separate figures sold individually. The Ascending Knight, which is their version of Batman's first appearance, should come out next year. No release date or pictures have been released for the other two yet.
