^ Whoa... you never bought any Phantom Menace figs? I thought everybody bought at least one Phantom Menace fig. LOL. I didn't even collect toys at the time... but I still bought an episode 1 Darth Maul fig. LOL.

I'll most likely get Vader. Don't have any Star Wars figures, so I'll keep any I get in-package. I love the reference to the ESB scene. I might get Luke too. Not a bad looking outfit on that figure. If we get a retail Boba Fett in either scale, I'll get that. Though I'm kinda curious to see if they'll do a designated toyline for his movie.
Any idea who they've got in the works for the second wave of this series?

These figures are really gorgeous. I have quite a few 4" SW figures, but these are awesome. I've sworn off mass-market action figures, but I really want these *__*

Darth Maul, one of the worst character designs I've ever seen He looks like a member of Insane Clown Posse.

I kinda like the sci-fi - alien feel to the character. He just looks like a real evil guy, perfect for a Sith Lord.

To me, Senator Palpatine's subtle sinister is perfect for a Sith Lord. Darth Maul is too extravagant. I like Maul just fine; I tolerate his design. But I won't go so far as to spend money on him.

I can't wait until we get a 6 inch Han Solo. Then I can have ML Deadpool and Han be "Smugglers Across the Galaxy" until they run into DC Classics LOBO and mayhem ensues :-P

Darth Maul's knee joint looks kinda low... and big. LOL. I wonder how popular these are gonna be though. I remember I thought the Star Wars Unleashed figs were gonna be super popular, especially the Vadar and Darth Maul ones since they looked so cool... both those ended up being not so popular I think.

I'm sure these will be plenty popular. Lot of star wars fans and lots of people who only collect 6 inch figures.

I think I need to see in hand pictures before I collect this line. Jedi Luke is one of the 6 inch figures I would want the most.

I'm afraid that these 6" figures are going to be on the short end of 6". Just like how the 3.75" Star Wars figures are significantly shorter than MU figures, these will be shorter than Marvel Legends. I hope I'm wrong, but something about those pictures are making me feel that. Especially that Maul.

Wow. The articulation sucks on 3.75 figures. I was really hoping it'd be like on that Vintage Card Darth Maul. Gonna have to go with 6 inch figures for the Black Series.

This ^. It's the same crappy t-crotches. If Hasbro wants to market these as collector-quality they should have made them collector-quality. Adding some extra accessories and raising the price doesn't do it.

I'm glad I open most of my new figures, as I'm REALLY underwhelmed by this packaging design. It's very boring, looks cheap, and any dark-colored figures will just blend in to it. |

great series litel disspointed with some figures of accesroius they come with vader expecterd battle damaged hand, removable mask or extra head with no mask, r2 where are his rockets from episode 2? for price of these figures think they could littel more cloak for darth maul, dual lightsaber detaches to form one big one.
articulation looks same as smaller scale figures |
