I wonder if it'll be a straight re-release of the IM2 War Machine, or if they'll do a chest mod to give him the V2 Unibeam that Rhodes had.

as far as it being a new WM mold???doubt it bro,that particular box set will most likely another rehash like the age of heroes avengers.

I'm very happy about Mockingbird's inclusion in the West Coast Avengers box. I have previously passed on all the prior versions of War Machine so this will be my chance to get one. I hope it's the best yet. I imagine this Hawkeye will have the long sleeves like Dark Hawkeye but with the Secret Wars pack head sculpt. Or it will just be a Dark Hawkeye reissue. Either way, Hawkeye is one of my favorite heroes so I don't mind getting an extra. This box is a must purchase!

Well, If I am not mistaken, MB is the first newly announced figure in several months (the last announced figures being Mysterio and Electra). Hurray!

Is mockingbird going to be using the scarlet witch body? Without the cape, their costumes are kinda similar, including heels. I hope they add her wing things that attach to her shoulder and arm.

Cant wait for the pics,although my only real MU wants are Rogue and Mysterio I could be swayed into grabbing the avengers set too

It blows my mind how much you guys keep talking about this avengers set, who cares???? There are even better things to look forward to , this rogue, wolverine and longshot case is going to be the best set yet.

i think we're excited about the west coast avengers set/mockingbird because it's the newest reveal. the others were revealed at sdcc and we all got super excited then. as for your question about who cares...well, i guess everybody that commented with excitement lol. we can get excited about different things without getting agro about it haha.

You know what I just realized? That uncanny x men set could be real unsure. The reason being is that I sent a message to bbts asking which set it was, the one with rogue or the one with emma frost, they said that they are not sure. So I am thinking that it is possible that qe are not guaranteed either. That this box set could come in a variant, the variant either being emma frost or rogue there is no way to know. Why would they make two uncanny x men box sets unless there was a variant.

If devildog's hunch is correct, I'm all over that! If I get either the Emma or Rogue set I'll be happy. I'll just have to track the other one down at retail or the interwebs.

Man I hope I am not right, I really do not want that emma frost set, I just want that rogue set so bad.

Thought Emma was a single release? Doesn't make sense to put her in with Wolverine and Longshot since she's not of that era. Rogue fits totally.

I think it's going to be the rogue set. I haven't seen them do a variant three pack with three different figures.

Emma is coming with colossus juggernaut and astonishing Cyclops. It would 've cool if they did a phoenix 5 variant three pack of these guys.

I'm hopeful for rogue too. All I need is her and showdown beast to complete 90s x men.

You totally missed the bus on what is going on here, the emma is not a single release she is in the other uncanny x men box set with collosanaut and cyclops. what I was saying is that what if that set is the variant set to the rogue, wolverine and longshot uncanny x men set since they are both uncanny x men packs. It is just a theory no facts here whatsoever.

That would have been awesome to have a Phoenix 5 pack with their costumes too. I get all the X-Men variants. Even got that fugly Colo/Jugg pack.

Hopefully if they do that, it'll be a 5 pack like the x-factor set. That way they can do all 5 at once.

It would be more like a 6 or 7 pack, because each pack comes with 3 main guys and the rogue pack comes with an extra baby x cycopls with no articulation.

That's why I said a larger than 3 pack set as an example. 3 Packing it takes up too much room for other 3 packs. One giant set and you're done in one.

Personally,id really like to see a "Fear itself" Chosen boxset.

I'm curious what molds are being used for the 3 packs? For the Uncanny X-Men pack, any Wolverine mold could be used. Hopefully it will be a MU mold and not one from the Wolverine Movie line. Rogue and Longshot might be entirely new molds, so that's cool (and good on Hasbro!)

The Inhumans line seems to be new molds for Medusa and Karnak, and Black Bolt could very well be any base male mold from any MU line but with costume ad ons.

The West Coast Avengers will most likely be all repaints and/or re-issues. Mockingbird will most likely be made from the Super Friend's 3 pack Firestar model. War Machine could be any of the ones made for the Iron Man movie line, although my personal fav is the model with the guns that slide up from his back to a shoulder mounted position. Would love for a more brightly colored Hawkeye repaint, or even a maskless version of the hero.

All in all, great news!!

They showed it at sdcc, have you seen them yet, they had the whole set on display.

Oh wow... can't wait for pics of the West Coast Avengers set. I actually missed out on Hawkeye all 3 times (CP, Dark Hawkeye, Avengers 4 pack), so this is a plus for me.

And so glad Rogue is in this wave of 3 packs and not the next one.
