This was a quick little mod that that I decided to do to one of my extra Marvel Legends Infinite Series Black Cat figures. I swapped out the heels for some flats that I bought from casting cave, and I did a little repainting. What do you all think?

This is a really cool mod. I like it a lot...looks good with the black boots and gloves as well!
Just curious, was it hard to get BC's feet off? Would the old boil and pop method work? I'm thinking about trying the same thing with the moonstone feet (only keeping her feet white, as I'm a fan of her classic look...) but being that this figure is so rare as is, honestly, the thought of even attempting to mess with her makes me nervous. It's just those damn heels! Ugh... |

It's just those damn heels! Ugh... They were not very hard to get off. I just used a hairdryer to heat the original feet to pop them off. Yeah the heels do really ruin her poseability. With the heels all you pretty much get in the range of articulation is a swivel and hinged movement, but you don't get any ankle pivot. Well if you are worried about her being rare she is about to get released again as well as part of the Walgreens exclusive wave that includes Agent Venom. |

Did you happen to repaint her face and bust as well? They look really defined in your pics. The paint apps were already good as is, but the flesh tones really pops in your photos. It looks great!

I did indeed repaint the flesh tones to add a little more depth buy using multiple shades to simulate shadows and highlights on the low and high areas of the skin. I also touched up the eyes as well.
