Buying 90 dollar inspector gadget figures is the most fun you can pawsibly have in minecrap. Brown bricks aside, these look great, but I don't have the cash...

Liking this set a lot, looks like they walked right out of the cartoon. $190 for everything doesn't seem too bad.
I was thinking about that but I don't mind it so much given the swap out arms and faces. Most of the time they'd probably be displayed as is. |

The very first cartoon character I remember liking as a kid (maybe Danger Mouse beat it by a bit lol).

So the only one that's really an action figure is Gadget?

Looks awesome, I wonder how much the shipping will add on to this. Don't love the price but the set is literally perfect and I am always up for more display bases.

Yeah, I don't like ordering from retailers that don't give the shipping price at the time of preorder. Sideshow was advertising this sometime ago, as Blitzway was displaying at the Sideshow booth, so maybe Sideshow will carry it? Or other retailers.

I expect other retailers to carry it as well. Likely BBTS, and possibly Sideshow.
EDIT: And just as I post this, Bluefin announces they'll be distributing it. So expect a wider assortment of pre-orders soon.

Hope these company's enjoy their pricing. As 80's collectors get older, we are starting to realize how dumb it is to pay $80 to $100 for a $20 figure.

I would buy every last one of these, if only Penny and Brain articulated...their sculpts (especially Penny's heads) are superb. Gadget himself is a work of art as well, and those accessories...just wow...or in this case...wowsers.
Would love to see exactly how they would do Dr. Klaw and Mad Cat. |

That's probably the best way to do it. Definitely a better option than the old Tiger figure.

Ah, beat me to it. Yeah, Claw's 90s action figure depiction is underwhelming..

I think the price is pretty good for what you get.

Price is acceptable. These look fantastic, but space an issue for me.

These look great and did bring to mind all sorts of forgotten moments from a show that I watched a lot more than I had remembered. The price may be fair given the other lines and everything included, however, the price is too high for me to make a nostalgia driven impulse buy.

Dr. Claw would be the only thing missing yeah, other than that it's nice for them to launch the line with a practically complete line up. I think that'll go a long way to getting orders.

Wow, sculpts are excellent and overall pretty close to definitive/ultimate. I'd pre-order in a heartbeat if it had a few pieces, do not really care for the bubble effects, stand and diorama stuff.
Biggest thing for me is that Brain isnt fully articulated, the dog did alot of dynamic things and a ton of disguises. Different head with an angry expression/eyes and the collar phone would have been great accessories. The Mexican disguise is fun but he had many other outfits. For Gadget think missed opportunity with no Gadget Binoculars face. But I guess although an iconic look for him not one of the more used gadgets. Guess same could be said for the police siren/cherry top. I do understand why no inflatable suit/coat option and that was used alot if I remember. Penny is fine, could use a backpack/messenger bag and jacket but very minor. Chief Quimby is fine, although him with the pipe in his mouth and maybe one comical blown up face would have made it perfect but I guess that's the reason for the Boom effect bubble. Feel someone has an opportunity to make hands and other minor missing gadgets (a saw, mallet, etc). Price is reasonable, but feel if Inspector Gadget sold for $60-80 many would be a bit more quick on board. Oh and would love a Dr. Claw and waiting for someone to make a transforming well engineered Gadgetmobile and M.A.D.mobile. |

BBTS has it up for pre-order, but only the deluxe set with everything. I just want Gadget himself. Anybody have any experience ordering directly from Blitzway?

Edit: I've added pre-order links from sponsors that will be carrying them to the story.
