It is a press box. Sent out by Hasbro's PR firm to media outlets to hype the toy line.

Well, in the box there was a press disc and they had up to wave 3 listed. Black Widow and comic series Hawkeye. Announced already tho.
But yeah, it seems like a very focused, in and out based toyline compared to collector lines with more variety. Personally I think that's good, so the product doesn't linger on the shelves too far past the movie being in theaters. Or at least, later waves with better figs don't get held up because of that. Better to just not have them, save for post movie MU . |

If he and Black Widow are already out, then technically up to wave 3 has been released already. I guess since it's all close together and pre-movie-release, it seems like one big wave.
Based on the TRU display recently, there should be more hitting soon, aliens/skrulls etc. |

Did they happen to mention plans for the 6" line? They appear to be far superb quality wise compared to the current offering. I heard rumors they will be released under the ML banner?

In the press folder, they had 2 images in a folder titled "wave 3", those two above. Not necessarily complete. That's all I got, sorry.
