That's Micro Change MC-07 Gun Robo 1910 Browning. Also, it's hard to tell, but that might not be Megatron in your pic. It could be MC-13 Gun Robo Walter P38, U.N.C.L.E. version (the toy that would eventually become G1 Megs).
On a side note, looks like you also have the sticker sheet for G1 Optimus Prime.

Yes I have Optimus g1 and I'm pretty sure that's megatron because I have the rest of the pieces,poster gas directions on how to build him.

Yes it's a metal figure. The person who brought me all these toys didn't have a clue where he got it or who it was.

Thanks for the info. He brought me a lot of shogun stuff. Some still in the box. I'll post pictures of those later on.
