Hi! I was wondering if anyone could tell me who this little guy is?
I was thinking it was a blue lantern at first but now I'm sure its something else. Thanks in advance to anyone who comments. |

It's definitely not a DC character.

Well maybe it could be. Some weird one-time never seen again costume that nobody remembers. Maybe it's a custom or something, different than the original figure. I don't know.

In fact, I have a friend who lives in NY that knows anything and everything but comics and its entire history. If you can give us a better picture, I'll send it over to him and see if he knows it.

If this turns out to be a custom it's up to us as a community to build and define this new character, otherwise we've spent too much time trying to figure out that it was actually nothing from the get-go. I'll start: his power is creating confusion and not being easily identifiable or recognized.

That swirl bar symbol I've seen before, but I can't place it. It is something, probably a staction figure of some kind. Not marvel or DC, more likely some indie press or Dark Horse, or Valiant or Image or similar. Can probably rule out archie comics.

What if this character is actually a henchman type, I doubt it but what if the reason we don't recognize the character is because it's not a particular character, but a henchman or soldier deal like AIM or HYDRA?

Looks like a superhero played by one of the lesser Baldwin's a few years ago back when SciFi and Stan Lee kept putting out crappy movies. I just can't remember the name of the flick. The guy dressed in a blue "flash" suit and ran with the power of a hurricane or some shit like that.
