I'm just gonna wait, stores in Chicago can be kind of strict when it comes to release dates.

I'm starting to dislike driving around to the usual stores that carry this stuff, I found out recently that a manager at the local Toys R US also collects MU and gets first dibs on everything that comes in. WTF? No wonder I can never find anything.

Thats why sometimes (plus $4 gas) I just suck it up and buyonline. I miss that thrill of the chase though! Like in the past, before I was on here, I never knew which lines were coming out and when, etc..but now, I (we) all know so early that the element of surprise is gone! Like last year sometime, seeing Juggernaut and Kitty Pryde at Target. It was the first time I had seen new figs in ages. I miss that!

The free shipping is cool, but it's on a case of 12 with only 4 figures, 3 of each, give me a lot of 12 diff figures and I'd be on board, I don't wanna bother trying to resell the others on her or ebay. so better off trying to find a listing on bbts for the base set of 4-5 for 40-60 range.

I ran the dcpi number for the Captain America basic figures at 3 different Alabama Targets yesterday. They were in the system, but had not made it to the store yet.

When is the official release date on the cases? I read May 1st a while back and I need to be sure.
I was hoping that Wave 2 would be out opening day as well like when the IM2 toys hit. That would've been the easiest way to score a Crossbones. |

some information for your guys, some people in Singapore, Phillipine, Malaysia and HKG (not surprise for this and CHINA) already get wave 1 this series and also 3 deluxes figure too...i think HASBRO change their main distribution, since for THOR movie they release first in US and Europe, now for capt america they release in Asia first.

Thanks. I also read May 16th. This can't be all that hard to narrow down. I'll find out soon and confirm it for all.
Also, a guy in Michigan reported finding Wave 1 at Meijer yesterday. Could very well be true. Dark of the Moon toys are being bought all of the country right now. |

My TRU has those "Deluxe" Cap figs.. the 7-8inch figs that don't really move (there's a Thor too), but not the good shit yet.
