The master of the Ninja Turtles, Splinter, hasn't had a great history in action figure form. Going back to the original series Splinter was nothing more that a stature with arms, not saying that's a bad thing as the strength of the character overcame those limitations. In the movie line Splinter is once again basically a statue with arms but the molded detail is nice and I must admit I tend to just like the overall look of the figure. Not a must buy but hey, what's the Turtles without their master?
