It's a new One-Step figure and you know the drill. These are simplified figures that are meant more as fiddle toys than full "Bells and whistles" Transformers. In the Cyberverse line these One-Steps have the bonus of a little action feature. In Ratchet's case two blades can spring-loaded, flip out of Ratchets arms. For most of you, you've made your decision on One-Step figures already but for the rest, give Ratchet a chance.
