˚Sculpted/ painted mouth ˚Sculpted/ painted powder burn wound on cheek ˚Shaved-down/ painted eye balls and eye sockets ˚Painted teeth Though I do love Neca's "Ultimate Chucky" figure for the most part, I've always felt like the head that depicts his look from the end of the original Child's Play was lacking. I couldn't put my finger on what I didn't like until I poured through photos online. For starters, the facial expression depicted on the head didn't remind me of Chucky. It then occurred to me that every other head that the figure came with depicted a very particular shot from the movies. Examples below: Curse of Chucky Child's Play 3 Good Guy doll from Part 1 The other three heads are all very well-sculpted and depict familiar facial expressions that just look more like Chucky in my opinion. The head they sculpted for part 1 depicts his look from the end of the original Child's Play. You can tell by his receding hair line. I poured through photos and even watched the whole end sequence of the movie, and I can tell you for certain that there isn't any corresponding screen shot from the movie that matches that head. So I thought at one point what they did was basically design their own head based off of the general look from part 1 and improvised a different facial expression... until I found the screen show below. It seems to me like they took this screen shot, changed the hair to match the receding hair line look from the ending, took the powder burn wound off the cheek, and changed the smile to a grimace. If you look at his cheeks and eyes on the original sculpt, they almost look like they're smiling, but his mouth awkwardly is frowning. So anyway, I modded the mouth, added the power burn scar, painted his teeth a yellowy color, and shaved down his eye balls. I changed his eyes because for some odd reason, they're bulging out of his head like a pug. I like the way it came out personally, so I thought I'd share. Thanks!
