Still seeing Captain Marvel and others up for pre-order on a few sites. I wonder if DCC has actually told people they plan on cancelling...

Well we don't even know for sure if they are cancelling all of them, the report mentions the Booster Gold set which I don't recall being up for pre-order yet. Etrigan was cancelled at least as far as Diamond are concerned, the others not so much.

Probably not since BBTS hasn't canceled a single preorder of mine yet.

So... is Sinestro canned or no? He was the main thing I wanted form this line, the only figure I would get if I could choose.
As for the rest of the, DC is just acting stupid at this point. How are we supposed to buy the figures and generate sales if my LCBS can't even get the dang things on their shelves? I would've bought Cyborg, Sinestro, possibly Deathstroke in a heartbeat. I STILL want the Super Sons pack. This is just foolish decision making. |

The ones scheduled for April (Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Swamp Thing, Deathstroke, deluxe Static) are apparently not cancelled. https://scontent-dft4-2.xx.fbcdn.net...1e&oe=59412225

This line had issues right out of the gate. Sizes, characters, delays. Then every annoucement for new figs and price increases were just bad. They said smaller fig with more accessories for $25. Then no accessories and deluxe figs and all that. Not surprsurprised it's been axed.

Yep. Sinestro was one of the ones revealed at SDCC with Deadshot, Nightwing, and Catwoman.

Shoot. Yeah, I'm done with this line until they get their act together. Not nearly reliable enough.

Why wouldn't he be trusted? Etrigan was cancelled, nothing else was, except we heard the newer stuff might not be getting a single release (have we had anyone other than that one source report that yet?). It isn't like they misled anyone.
Also, if you want the Icons line to continue, not buying the Icons they are releasing is the single worst thing you can do. I'm not saying buy everything, or buy something you weren't going to, but if you were going to buy something before the cancellation of single figure releases, buy it. If sales of Icons dries up it decreases the chance of us getting more. Waiting for them to get their act together will, in fact, stop them getting their act together.

This is DC Collectibles for goodness sake; everything they say and do should be taken with a grain of salt. How many delays have there been? How many times have they shown accessories just drop them at the final stage? How good are they are communicating these issues with the people who are actually willing to shell out the (ever increasing) cash for these? I'll keep supporting the line, but I will be plenty pissed if DCC does not see some of the major characters through. I would totally understand if this series was meant as a "best of the heavy hitters" of the DC universe, but they clearly thought that they were in it for the long haul when they released Mr Miracle and Deadman in in the FIRST WAVE? No wonder sales were poor.

If it just starts to be sets of Batman/Superman vs assorted rogues then I'm not interested.

Except for Joker's open left hand.

Hence the "most" and not "all". What have we lost in terms of accessories that we know of so far? Jokers hand, an alternate Harley Quinn head and a couple of other doodads from Batman and Green Arrow? It's a small number of accessories on a small number of figures, it's hardly a consistent problem with the line, whereas the issue around release dates clearly is.

Yeah, but those weren't solicited with the figure in the pictures BBTS had while Joker's hand was and he came with two right hands instead.

Yep, it killed my interest in the figure when he was released without the extra left. They did the same thing with the Arkham line, Red Hood (not the exclusive version) was solicited as including his rifle and pistols but the final release only had the rifle. DCC seems fond of showing accessories that never make it to release or just ending lines despite upcoming figures clearly being ready for release.

DC seems to be doing a lot to lose my business from canceling the Icons line, making shit movies, canceling omnibuses, ruining their CW shows, making garbage cartoons, and not putting their top cartoons on BD.

Damn, it feels like before all is said and done, the only active DC figures line will be Mattel's kiddie junk.

So the DCC guys said in their box set unveilling video that Cyborg and WW are still coming out individually. Also, Flash's hands are interchangeable with the original one that came out. I guess Batman's is too, but there's kind of the glove color problem.

Well, if Sinestro is cancelled, I do hope it's temporarily and he comes back in a 2 pack or something. I was really looking forward to that figure.
Still planning on picking up Wonder Woman too. Don't think the WW in the 7 pack comes with accessories (at least I haven't seen any in the images or videos I've watched). |

Regarding the 7-pack, I believe it was stated that none of the figures will come with accessories in an attempt to keep the overall cost down. |
