Coming in 2009

We sure these are DCIH figs? They look like they're from the Gotham Knights flick (at least Deadshot does), they don't use the same mold as pretty much every other DCIH fig does, and yet they don't look to have any added articulation - which should be the only reason Mattel will change the basic body.

Maybe they are scaled down from the 5 inch dark knight figures that were supposed to be released?

I like the look of the Scarecrow, but these do look like McDonalds toys to me.

These ARE indeed based on the Gotham Knights DVD...they are in the Infinite Heroes line and are of very small scale, which is why they might look like fast food toys to you.

Those aren't bad. I like the look of Batman, but I prefer the comic version of Deadshot. Scarecrow really doesn't interest me much.
