Unmasked Terry goes for that much? WTF? I gave 2 away to Toys for Tots last year and could only sell the third one I had off for $18.

^ I've never seen the masked BB in the wild, only the unmaksed one.
You guys might want to make a tj maxx run if you want some cheap DCC stuff. I saw cyborg, rabbit holed batman, GL (with the Phoenix jones mask), capullo mr freeze, lex Luther and some others I think. |

Well I was at my local comic store picking up my comics from the last two months and came across the Icons stuff. They didn't have Green Arrow, which sucked since I wanted him the most, but I did pick up Mr Miracle because he actually looked pretty cool in person despite not being Kirby's original design. In fact, Deadman looked great as well. Batman was cool, but I'm going to probably just hold out for DC to do a Neal Adams one.
Anyway, my thoughts? I'm slightly whelmed. To be honest, for $27 I expected a lot more. I like him, but there are areas of improvement, specifically in the waist and chest area. He has no waist swivel, which sucks, but it could have been less noticeable if the chest rotation actually worked. The upper torso is just on way too tight around the joint, making it nearly impossible to rotate it. Also, the lack of any type of swivel on the legs really hurts his posing as well. Oh, and I've already made my lament about the size. On the positive side, the paint apps are fantastic and I love that he comes with a mother box and a set of open hands. Really allows him to be posed with more life than the Mattel one. Also, he is actually in scale with Barda, which is nice. The cape is perfect in its softness. Overall though, like I said for $27, I'm not sure how I feel about him. He would have been perfect at $20 despite his short comings with the articulation. I do hope DC will one day go back and do a Kirby version of him though, but for the first figure, I do like him. In some ways, I already like him better than the Mattel one. I'm still going to get Green Arrow and Flash however and let the trio decide my future with his line.

If you were asking me Kain...I was talking about the masked one. He goes for about 100 bucks on eBay but I'm sure you already know that.

Actually no, I didn't. I couldn't get more than $30 for the masked one when I sold it off last year.

^ People are complaining that Batman's eye makeup magically disappears when his mask comes off.

How is that even a sneak peak? That showed us absolutely nothing that would make me want to see this movie.

I could not tell if Ben was trying to look surprised or like he just soiled his batsuit in terror. It's definitely not my number one must see super hero film but I am still interested in it.

True fans? Do you not know me and my DC fanboyism?
More like this was made for the lowest common denominator brains.

Not at all...but if you consider that trolling then...such is life! Nobody is forcing you to watch anything. At the end of the day, only real fans will watch this movie and that is the truth. I'm positive you'll be sitting next to Kain at the movie theater, front row...Lol
