Quite possibly some of the best news for 2010 was revealed in there, JOKER WILL RETURN AS AN ALL STAR FIGURE! So for those who missed out, there's your shot! The All Star figures have all been easy to find, hell Firestorm is still on shelves! I'm glad Mattel decided to do this, fans have been wanting a fully articulated, 6" Joker ever since the 4H/Mattel started the DCSH line.

I imagine it would. I'd LOVE to get Michael Keaton Batman figures.

AGREED! The C&C figure was awesome, the figures looked great, but I only found Riddler..once..didn't pick him up, I wanted ALL of them at once. Alas, I'll just wait.

Finally, one of our biggest issues for the 6-inch was distribution. Ideally that should now be a thing of the past. All DCUC figures are available in both retail case packs AND as "open stock"; meaning your favorite online stores can order any individual figure in any quantity they want.

All open stock figures are built "to order" so any online retailer taking advantage of this ordering program will not be shorted any allotment. (many online retailers chose not to take advantage of this ordering option for wave 9 which is why this wave was a bit hard to find outside of mass retail) Also, starting with Wave 11, DCUC are now available on MattyCollector.com as a full wave set for the suggested retail price of $14.99 per figure. We hope all of these efforts will improve distribution a ton. Everything else is in the hands of retailers who base orders on the demands of their customers!

if this is true... Boo.. F***ING... YAH!!!

(and to answer a question that comes up A LOT, the arrow that is attached in the bow is not a design choice; it is a safety requirement for toys by law!).
Have safety requirement laws changed in the last three-four years? There were multiple figures in the Lord of the Rings line by Toy Biz that featured arrow-firing action. These were actual functioning bows with strings, that fired rather small arrows. Some of the figures even fired them by the press of a button. I'm fairly certain these were produced until 2005 or 2006. I've never heard of any problems regarding those. What gives?

IIRC one of the biggest and most reliable etailers(forgot the name) said that the above actually wasn't true.

I would buy those in a heartbeat. A Nicholson Joker would be sweet, too

Did I really read that right? They are talking about the Legion of Super Heroes right? Well, I was thinking about bailing on this line after seeing Wave 12 and 13, but this may keep me around awhile longer.

yes the legion. that is a dream come true. I know what you mean about the bailing. their are so many other mainstream well liked characters that they have not done, that they could put at least 1 in a wave.

such as Martian Manhunter. the new Robin or Red Robin etc... give us one or 2 of these and then some of the "if I get em great If not I won't miss em " figures

but it will be cool with a Collosal Boy and Bloc c&c figures. I just hope Mon-El has the tunic and not the modified superman suit and Karate Kid has the tunic and not the tights as in the last few 52 comics
