I definitely agree that Ivy should be a medium to short female in the DC scale. I definitely wouldn't see her as taller than Batman or Superman. Definitely not Wonder Woman height. She's an Amazonian and would be very tall.

I suppose I am most eagerly anticipating the TDKR movie Masters figures.

Yep, that's exactly what popped into my head. When they had their girl's day out thing. It was a fun episode.

I have the DCD Secret files Poison Ivy. Her height is 5'9" but with her high heel boots she is easily 6'. So she fits in rather well to me. I am one of those who likes Poison Ivy to have regular skin tone not Green.

Again, not nessisarily. Unless you happen to be a hulking giant of a man in real life (in which case you'd likely dwarf most men), if you look around you women come in all shapes and sizes, just like men. I've known quite a few who're 5'8"-6'3". Hell, at two of my jobs, I used to have women help *me* get things down off high shelves.
And worked with a couple that i we'd ever gotten into a fight, I'd be pretty sure I'd have gotten stomped. (And I'm average height, and don't get intemedated easily). Musclemass isn't everything. Just because someone is muscular, does not make them big or tall. Wolverine looks pretty damned off when he's taller than She-Hulk. Just like Wonderwoman standing equal with Golden Age Atom is pretty strange. So to say "cause she's a girl and girl figures should be much smaller than male ones" is folly, and borderline sexist. Or at least not terribly connected with reality. There's always going to be exceptions to the rule. And in most cases, women stand equal to most men at least. I prefer to use DCD's Star Sapphire Wonderwoman in my DCUC Green Lantern display because she's larger than most men as a character, and the DCD is appropriate larger than Mattel's figures. I stress again, my issue isn't with you're feeling Ivy can be smaller. It's the blanket statement which holds no basis in reality or comics.

If we get Grundy it wont be untill next year as you can see now we just now are about to get Killer Crock and its been a year at least. So the Deluxe sized figures always take the longest to make.
Which DCD Poison Ivy do you have? Also what color do you prefer her skin tone Green or normal?

I have seen her and she cant stand up without her stand. She has no knee joints at all so thats a real turn off for me.

The best one in that category is the DCD Secret Files one then.

Whatever not gonna argue on your warped vision of reality where Woman are on average the exact same size as men (or in your case bigger). Its not at all sexist to say generally woman are smaller than men because they are. Look at average heights in every country around the world women will always be shorter.
So... your icon... would Batman be 7'5" tall, or would Harley there be 4'5"? 'Cause there's almost a two foot difference there. And I'm warped. Human females average 5'4"-6'. Human males average... guess what? 5'4"-6'. And just like men, there are women above that mark. And just like women, there are men below that. Yeah, women are always tiny. I'll just be going back to reality now. Enjoy yourself.

Sure men and women range from all sizes but judging by the pixie thin female superheroes I see in comics and the Mr Olympia sized male superheroes I see in comics. Yes all superhero females are much tinier than their male counterparts. Also most female superheros are sexy and I don't think a 6'5 female would be pixie thin and sexy. So yes go back to world of comic books you're living in and tell the 6'5 Superwoman and Poison Ivy I said hello.

You only make yourself look crazier here. For one where you got that Batman could be 7'5 foot tall is insane. Also if you could actually see you would notice Harley is bending over somewhat in front of him (Something I assume you have no experience with). That would make Batman about 6'5 and harley say 5'6 bending down to about 5'. So that difference makes alot of sense. As most male superheroes are white (Not all by any means) the Average white male in America is actually 5'10 and the Average white female is 5'4-5'5.

Wonder Woman *is* canonically taller than Superman, Which *does* put her in the 6'6" bracket. And as someone else pointed out, Ivy herself (since *you* brought her up) is canonically 5"9"? And in the heels she often wears, as was pointed out, pushes her up close to Batman himself.
But I'm done with this wall. And when did I ever insult you? That's just out of line and uncalled for. |

Yao Ming took over for Batman when Mega Posion Ivy attacked him. Didn't you read comic #2798?

I was pointing out the unrealistic size difference between the two in the image, which in real life would mean she's a hobbit, or he's some goliath that dwarfs Superman. Like I said, the image has almost a two foot size difference between them, when the actual size difference would be about five or six inches.

I'm not *on* anything, and accusations like that are out of line. It is a huge insult.

crazy j....its an artist interp on batman and harley in real life hell no it wouldnt be that way but when u add the human factor u come up with stuff like that just like with figures the scale isnt going to be accurate and batman does look like a giant in that picture but i think its reason is to show how intimidating hes supposed to be and with harley being smaller i think its just a way of showing her relationship to the joker with how subserviant she is to him.....yes my spelling sucks i know
