To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars saga, Star Wars Celebration attendees will have the chance to enter a raffle to purchase a special-edition LEGO Star Wars set inspired by the Detention Block AA-23 from the original 1977 film! A Star Wars Celebration exclusive, the set includes Luke Skywalker and Han Solo in Stormtrooper disguises ready to infiltrate the Death Star and rescue Princess Leia.
The opportunity to purchase this exclusive set is being raffled off on the Star Wars Celebration website prior to the event for attendees only, beginning now through 12:01AM EST on Thursday, April 6th. All winners will be randomly selected to purchase the exclusive onsite at the LEGO booth next week, and will be notified by April 7th. Attendees can enter the raffle to purchase the set here: LEGO Exclusives Lottery - Star Wars Celebration • April 13 - 16, 2017 |

This. This is why I hate Lego. I mean, I love Lego- I love StarWars Lego... but the exclusive sets really suck. It should be repackaged in Non-Celebration packaging and sold at Lego stores so everyone that wants it can get it and the Celebration folks still have their Special Box.

I've seen better designed sets on Lego MOC sites.

This looks so basic you can probably just use spare lego parts and build this yourself.

You can pretty much say the same thing for ALL Lego sets, if you find the right pieces in the right color, you can build anything. The hard part is always finding the right pieces in the right color. |

You can probably build something LIKE it, or maybe even better than it, but finding/buying all those grey bricks will probably cost more than the set itself.
