Man that is painful to look at, especially when they are Movie Masters. I hate American toy companies making crappy products for collectors.

Bought it as a birthday gift for my nephews. When they opened it I noticed the cloth cape and that it bends backwards quite a bit.

Cloth cape would be about the only way someone would want that Batman, after he's (essentially) been released several times over now. That'd be nice on my Movie Masters Batpod.
Bane though. . .yuck. I already don't like that I'm going to have to get MM Batman to make the Batsignal. . .

Ive seen allot of the new batman line at toys r us and they suck the 3.75inch line while having good sculpt detail has no articulation but again this is mattel and they are decades behind everyone else and their lines are crap.

Yeah I'm a 4" collector myself so the "Movie Masters" hold no appeal to me to begin with, but couple that w/ and over weigh Bane, and a re-re-re-release of the exact same Batman figure, and what the heck was the point?
Mattel really needs to start calling up the customizers, and asking us how to make their 4" lines because they have failed every time. Even though at the very end of DCUIH they were improving ever since then they've just been going further, and further back in the action figure POA time machine. These are just 1989 Micheal Keaton Batman movie style+knees (actually I think he might have had knees too). In fact now that I think about it the New 4" figs would fit right in w/ the old Super Powers collection figs: |

What is the price of this set? I'm sure its like $40 just because it is at TRU, but like everyone else I am only interested in Batman.

Reminds me a little of Big Van Vader from WCW.
Thankfully they didn't make Bane that fat. Or hairy.
