I think this is great news, I know it sucks for those who collected the bigger figures, but for me it's great. I only like to deal with the 1:18 small figs and am a huge Whovian so I've been trying to make customs of all the Doctors (so far 2,8,9,10,11) and also made a two TARDISs and I really like them but am super excited to get some official merch. Oh damn, I might have to start buying these now...
(Also, if they really are switching scales here...PLEASE make a 3 3/4" Tennant Doctor, Rose, and Jack Harkness!!!)

Judging from the pictures they will make them. I'm pretty sure I saw 2,4,5 and 10. For sure there was a 2,4,11 box set I saw, the loose Doctors by the Union Jack Dalek I can't be sure of the scale.

This is awesome news to me! I've been a Whovian all my life and I only collect 3 3/4-inch figures at this point. This is just awesome!!

I reeaalllyy like those interconnecting dioramas! I wish more companies would make similar things, to give their figures cool places to live

So on board with this. Between Doctor Who & Mezco 3.75" Mars Attacks... I'll still have figures even if Hasbro's movie lines continue to go down the toilet and MU gets less and less.

Upon further investigation it appears at least the first wave will just be the current series, but I'm sure they will soon after have classic characters. Those other Doctors I saw turned out to be 5''ers. I'm buying these guys regardless, however I have to and hopefully the more people buy the more they'll expand the line, like Marvel Universe did.

Go ahead and sign me up for the Tardis, Clara, The Doctor, Cybermen, and Daleks. Weeping angels I'd need to see in person.
I'm totally down for the new scale though! My 1:18th scale shelves need some Doctor Who loving. I just hope 1:18th scale Deadpool doesn't hijack this Tardis too like his minimates one did that CB one. |

Not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, I would love to own a set of the Doctors in that scale, along with some of their companions.
On the other hand, that's yet another toy line to get into and I've really been trying to cut back on extraneous toy purchases to focus more on TF collecting (especially with all the new MPs coming out). Maybe just Tennant and Baker, if they get made. Those are my two favorite Doctors anyway.

I am really looking forward to this line, at last a doctor in scale with the Marvel Universe, GI Joe and Thundercats. This will make for some great animation. I can't wait. I hope they do the classics as well because then I can sell my 5" figures to pay towards some of these.

I'm in two minds with these. I collected the larger, 5 inch scale so if if I want any new characters I'll have no choice but to succumb to the new scale. It's just frustrating as these won't go with any of the figures I already have, and it'll be annoying, expensive yet exciting to start collecting the range again
I do want the new Cyberman though. |

Who wants to speculate on the cardboard playsets? We can see the Dalek invasion of London w/Dalek hovercraft and the Weeping Angels house w/extra Weeping Angel statue. Based on the figure assortment my guess is the other two that we can't see are the new TARDIS interior w/TARDIS console and a Cyber-ship of some sort. It sort of looks to me like there's a TARDIS exterior in the middle possibly holding the four sets together, which could be really cool if the TARDIS interior is on one side and you can enter and exit each of the other three playsets through a set of TARDIS doors!
