Is there an official term for when you accidentally bump a figure and try to put it back exactly as it was (and it won't go back exactly as it was), and you so very carefully place it on the shelf and hit the figure next to it knocking that one over...then can't get that one back the way it was....then whack a 3rd figure...etc etc?

I’m sure most people understand domino effect, even though it’s not exactly. |

There's a word that I use when it happens, but I don't think it qualifies as an official term.
