Captain America featured the second movie mention of Dr. Strange by a second company. The scene is when Captain America and Black Widow have Hydra/SHIELD agent Stillwell on a roof and after throwing him off Falcon saves him. Stillwell tells everything including that they are investigating "Steven Strange." Do you think that this will potentially lead to a Dr. Strange Movie? And who would likely be cast as the good Doctor.
The first mention of Dr. Strange happened in 2004 in Spider-Man 2 when JJ and his toady were discussing names for Dr. Octopus.

tom hardy, benedict cumberbatch and jared leto are reportedly all up for dr. strange.
out of the 3 I think cumberbatch would be the best choice. jared leto I could see. tom hardy... I love the guy but...nahh. if it was up to me though I'd cast viggo mortensen. he'd be perfect!

I guess for me the "perfect" actor for Dr. Strange would depend on his age in the movie. If they're going for an older version, then Viggo or Benedict would work. I think Leto would be better if the filmmakers are shooting for a younger Strange.
Tom Hardy? Um, no. He just doesn't have the right look to me.

Exactly. Which is why I think he'd be good for a younger Strange. Not teenager-level young, of course. More like a late-20's, early 30's version.
