I will be going to the US for a week or so - from Ontario to DC and Virginia. Any idea where I could could DB Evolution figs (likely in clearance I know...)?

Welcome to the Toyark!
As for Dragon Ball figures, I have seen them in the clearance aisle at K-Mart. Toys R Us and Wal-Mart seem to still carry them at regular price, AFAIK. Though I will confess I don't follow that toyline very closely, so I'm not 100% certain.

Some Toys R Us stores still carry them. Not sure of the prices though.
