I've been eagerly awaiting merchandise from this movie. Still hoping to see some actual action figures.

Nice. If there's one thing I can say about the DCEU or whatever it's that they get the costumes pretty spot on for the most part.

Hopefully this movie, lighthearted and comedic it seems, will lead to a plastic man movie.

I think I saw someone say that Plastic Man is being considered for a movie. Obviously take this with a grain of salt.

They better move fast if they're going to do it, because I read that Marvel is considering a retcon/reboot of the Fantastic Four, which obviously includes stretchy Mr. Fantastic. (Could a stretchy character be enough to carry an entire movie all by him/herself?)
I really think DC missed a huge boat by not doing something cinematic with the Atom. (Legends of Tomorrow doesn't count: blaarrrgh.) Look at the mileage Marvel has gotten out of Ant Man. Did anybody give a hoot about Ant Man previously? |

Some of us did but outside of comic fans nobody really cared about Ant-Man or even knew who he was before the movie (this is a blanket statement for all Ant-Men). I suppose his presence in cartoons would've given him a boost in recognition but not much I'd imagine.
