I do like this design and the fig looks good, but there's no way in hell it's gonna be Clint in my 'verse. I'll make him the Black Dragon leader, prolly; and have him lead the 4 or 5 NinjaKu I've got. Can't never have too many ninja to kill, right?
/And we better get a real Hawkeye fig, Hasbro. I'll kick your ass if we don't! |

He does look good and as Adrien suggested he would make a great leader for Ninja Ku. I'm holding out for Hawkeye myself.
Although with all the identities Clint Barton has had over the years, he might be eligible for an evolutions type box set.

I'm worried that the hip articulation might be hindered by the skirt, which is not cool for a ninja figure.

That explains why we are getting a classic Iron Man and classic Marvel Girl. Stark donned his classic armor at the end, and a skrull took on the appearance of classic Marvel Girl. Other notables include: -Classic Captain America -70's Wolverine(tiger stripe, shorter ears?) -Hawkeye -Mockingbird -Classic Thor I just got my hands on Ronin, and his hip articulation is hindered by the skirt. Another case where soft goods would have been preferred, as it would not block hip articulation. I wish he at least came with a scabbard. Perhaps the skirt can be cut in certain areas to free up hip articulation. The biggest surprise, is that he has waist articulation, in addition to the torso ball joint. Good figure, but could have been better. Not as disappointing as the grey Hulk that I recently bought, but not as good as the other figures I've handled. |

I saw Ronin yesterday at a comic book shop for $13. I had to tell myself pretty sternly that I couldn't buy it. Ronin is the coolest design from Marvel in recent years. I absolutely love Clint, and while I love his Hawkeye persona, it's not nearly as cool as Ronin.
