I don't know their reasoning, but it makes sense to me to have the JoeCon in a central location. That and K.C. has some of the best B-B-Q!

Memphis & K.C. are recognized as having the best B-B-Q in the U.S.

I'd like to make one of these, as I love Joes, but, with the Botcon trip to Cali is no way in heck I could do Joecon, unfortunately.
Have fun those of you who are attending, I'm sure it will be awesome!

Being in the KC area I have some input on the whole BBQ situation. IMO, the BBQ here is sub-par. Of course, I don't like BBQ but even I have had better.
I hope to be at the convention for at least the first day. |

I don't fly, and Cali is a long ass drive. Hopefully Botcon will come to the Midwest soon.
Do you want the pork, or the beef variant?

I'll keep them unopened, so they get an U grade!

Some nice stuff shown, I love the motorcycle Armor, that Ice Cutter is pretty sweet, too.

Yeah, really like that Ice Cutter.
Also, it seems Snake Eyes is a fan of Mobile Suit Gundam! And that Cycle Armor is one more step towards a true TF/Joe crossover line!

Those are the 2 I'm most looking forward to, as well as Bench Press.

The Beachhead that has been revealed is the coolest GI Joe I have ever seen in my life.
I love how so many figures are starting to look like things out of Metal Gear Solid. It's the direction the tech should go. I'm still not a huge fan of the reactive suits, myself. |
