Can I return my old 25th Joes to Wal-Mart without a receipt? I am running out of space, and would like to unload some of my figs. Also, if they were purchased at Target, online, etc, can I still return them to a Wal-Mart store, or will it come up an an error when they scan them? The ones I want to return are mostly peg warmers, so they wouldn't be worth my time to list on ebay, and I would rather take them to a store, than go to the trouble of packaging, and waiting in line at the post office to ship them.

Well it's long winded, but check out this thread on the Tank for more on the controversy
Gold PDD re-released? - HissTank.com - G.I. Joe I don't think we ever really got a definitive answer on it, but the person that started the thread got his AFA graded. However I have heard that AFA has graded some of those TF Bootlegs as legit too, so who knows..

depending where you go theres different policies.
some walmarts give you cash for returns under $10. some only do cash for under $5 either way they will give you store credit without the receipt. ive returned about 50 bucks worth of stuff at a time before without receipt and they gave me store credit. but they only do the store credit thing 3 times a year per drivers license. so you might as well do it in bulk. |

Yes, Wal Mart will take anything back. Though I have to admit, returning peg warmers kinda sucks for the rest of us who won't see anything new in a long time, ya know?
I cannot begin to tell how bad this return crap is with Wal Mart and even switched out guys, DVD packs, comic packs, vehicles, it never ceases to amaze me. It is also the reason I have to rely on BBTS or HTS for the last year now Also have seen it just about everywhere else, too

I found a Target with about a dozen of them at around $40....
$20 clearance I might get another one, heck, maybe two if it gets that cheap.

Wow, $26?? That's insane! There's no more left around here unfortunately... If I saw one for that much I'd have a hard time saying no.
