haha, I know what you mean. HTS is saying these don't ship for almost another month (12/15), So, I have to wait myself.
But seeing how well these sell, it is only a matter of time until they have it available again. I did get a little discouraged with it being out of stock for a while. I checked out ebay, and the prices were $50 or more with shipping, which is just absurd. I learned quick I did not want it that bad

Interesting idea. They do seem to go well together, for some odd reason.

I'm anxious for Low Light and pretty much any new Cobra Troop / character. I'd also like to see new characters mingled in with 25th style as well.

Absolutely. Just keep the box and be sure to keep the item in good condition. Items like that can always easily be sold/traded later on if kept in good condition.

Personally, I think it's a rather dubious idea. I certainly wouldn't do it.

Definitely not too cool, especially since it kills the chance of any new crap taking it's deserved shelf space when they've gotta squeeze returns back on the pegs

Not cool. At all.
No wonder I am forced to buy online. This and part swap returns, not cool for the rest of us. |

For full cardbacks, I'd suggest modern size comic boards/backers/storage boxes. For well trimmed filecards, an index card box. There were also at one time some clear liner sleeves available from sport card speciality shops that fit the trimmed ones.

I'd say the only thing holding this up really, is new tooling for a shorter and more beer-bellied body. Not that it wouldn't happen, but it's most likely not on the short list of "git-r-dun".
