Here would be a great 5-Pack:
SE w/Black Timber, Roddy Piper, Blue SDCC Cobra Commander, PDD w/Gold Head & Yellow Stalker. That would be good!

I have been wondering if this has anything to do with Hasbro not being able to fill orders due to closing that major toy factory in China?
So many cutbacks by all companies with the way the economy is right now. Not a huge surprise.

This was posted in the thread I started earlier:
Quote:
MLos1 on HissTanks, said these are just being delayed:
The marketing team are making them more of a 1st quarter 09 release. And are also mixing up cases for more diversity. I just spoke to a Hasbro Marketing Rep who's card I got while she was at a wal-mart. They are delayed and it's not a bad "sign" it's part of their push to produce more of the modern era toyline and release them quicker and in better stock. "The cases will be more plentiful for this wave, as will figures to come up to and after the movie," were her exact words.

I like the idea of a missile HISS but didn't care about it being in white and if/ when is does come out I'll probably paint it black. I do want that Stinger though. I have a gang of Stinger drivers with nothing to do.

I wish they'd come out with remakes of the Sears Exclusive Dreadnock vehicles. Those were awesome repaints.

Thanks for the info, ProBe!
I was thinking the same thing myself, they did need to look at things and adjust supply and demand with this line. And pushing them back a little is good news, maybe by the time my I get my Tax return, they will be coming up. I know with all the stuff hitting now, my wallet needs a rest. |

The add in the Deep Six/RnR Comic Pack shows General Hawk with backpack straps. Was that a running change? Did anyone get a Hawk with straps?

I hope to see them at retail in my area soon.
I still need several Eels and Cobra Divers. Any word on the wave 7 comic packs?

The only WM's that were doing this were in close proximity to Targets that had their Joes for that price. Everyone else reported no change in their WM's pricing.

Tricky tricky
I don't think I noticed a price drop at my local WM though, and it's just a block away from Target. Oh well, as stated earlier - they haven't had anything I've needed for a while regardless. |

My local WM is less than a mile from my local Target and neither one had sales. Although WM must have got a few new shipments in, because they had figs from waves 9-11 (including four B.A.T.s!)

I was at both closest Target and Walmart to me today and neither had a price drop. $6.99 at both, though at least Target had a couple from the latest wave.
