seems the older I get, the more I enjoy the lamer, " un-cool" figures

I had this version of Wild Bill. Even though it might be looked down upon, I loved it! You did an excellent job here of recreating that version of the character.

I thought it was odd how they killed him off in the movie so quick and easy... thought he would of been a mainstay for the sequel at least?
Growing up in the world of Joes back in the 80's, my memories of Wild Bill was all in brown and came with a kick ass chopper... then they went back and started re-doing some of the joe's looks... wasn't a big fan of the re-do's. Especially Gung-Ho re-do from rugged kick ass joe into the dress marine with cap and sword. ugh.

Was that guy that goes "Oh my God!" and dies in ROC supposed to be Wild Bill? I never noticed that if that was the case. That's neat that they fit yet another cameo in there in that case though.

yeah, that's how I took it.. they called him William, and he had a cowboy hat on.. with BILL being the shorter name from William... ?
