Well if you are going most people are able to get there stuff, unless you go on the last day, but as for Hasbro Toy shop, it is very difficult, i would recommend a super fast connection and not having to go to work that first 2 hours they are on sale (If you know when they are going to go up) that is alos a guessing game.

Buying stuff post-con varies. Sometimes stuff doesn't go for much very long, and others still sell high. Some depends on popularity. Like the Destro two pack. Or I think even the Slaughters. Cap and Thor weren't really in high demand. But at first everything goes high, and sells out fast on Hasbro. But it's hit and miss.

So with SDCC a week away, for the MU exclusives, being a new collector just almost a year, is it really that hard to get them? I saw the MU Ages of Thor and Cap SDCC exclusives going for around 25 a piece on ebay which is what they went for when they first came out...If you're patience do the prices eventually drop down to within reason?
I was able to get everything I wanted last year from Hasbrotoyshop.com, but that's definitely not the norm. I heard plenty of stories about people having the hardest time trying to buy what they wanted. If I had to factor a guess, I'd say that the GI Joe/Transformers HISS Tank will be a hot item for a while. Maybe not as popular as last year's Skystriker, but I'm sure it will sell for plenty after-market. The X-Force three pack will also be highly sought after. The Masters of Evil set a little less, but still will retain value. The Helicarrier will also probably stay pretty expensive. And I honestly think that My Little Pony will keep it's value for a while. I wouldn't be so surprised if the majority of the rest of the items dropped in value later on. |

Everything should go up on Hasbrotoyshop.com at the same time. I don't believe they've announced exactly when it will be yet, but you do have to be quick and ready to place your order.

not true. they almost never have everything up at the same time. You'll most likely be paying for shipping 2 or 3 times (if you're lucky)

___ Now that you mention it, you're right. Last year I had to place two separate orders to get everything. Damn, why do they do that? |

Really? Damn. I've been on the website for the past 2 years to get what I wanted. With the exception of Sarge, I was able to get everything I wanted.
