It must be nice to be an X-Men (and now Fantastic Four) fan! You get wave after wave of comic figures without getting your valuable slots used on MCU figures. As a Thor fan it only took what 15 years for us to get a comic accurate Loki and Thor! We still need comic accurate versions of Odin, The Warriors Three, Baldur, Heimdall, Executioner, Thunderstrike, Ultimate Thor etc.! However, with the Loki series coming to Disney+ it will probably be another decade before we get any of those. Thankfully we will get every video game costume ever worn by Spider Man and another 3,000 Iron Man armors.

COUNT DOOKU FX SABER! YES! About god-damned time that thing got re-released!
I can hear the tears of angry scalpers of the original as we speak... (EDIT: Just noticed the price on it....geebus...that's quite the jump. It better meet or exceed the quality of many of the third party options that are already available...) Last edited by Trivial Psychic; 12-07-2019 at 11:32 AM.. |

Currently my plan is to only cry on days where I see new Marvel Legends announced and they aren’t the exact ones I want....I think that’s the most reasonable approach.

I thought the cuckoos were all identical clones of Emma Frost. Why is there an asian(?) and a redhead? Cause even if they dyed their hair, these face shapes are even different from each other. I suppose you could always just use the blonde head for all of them, but I'm confused.

Comic-wise, it's accurate. There were originally more Cuckoos (I think 5). Once it got down to 3, one of them changed her look because she wanted more individuality. Eventually a 2nd one followed suit. |

What does kind'a escape me is the fact that these are shown at a European con, but are then revealed to be Walgreens exclusive? As far as I know we don't even have that store over here. Fortunately, most of those seem to reach the UK without too much trouble. But living in Belgium, I would still like for Hasbro to have a better European distribution (especially if that Brexit ever happens), as it remains difficult to find all of them over here. And not seldom are they priced much higher too. The UK is about the only country that gets 99% of their offering and at more or less the same prices as in the US.

I feel that's a missed opportunity for Hasbro, they really could have made ONE figure with only the blond head, and people (like me) would buy it 5 times. But it's nice that they threw in the extra heads.
