For those of you who, like me, visit your 24-hour Walmarts just after midnight to check their boxes of product being restocked, here are a couple of images/tips that'll help you out. If any of you have pictures of cases I haven't added, feel free to show us all what we should be looking out for!
This is the first MU box I saw. It's a box of the two-packs, and contained the Captain Britain/Spider-Man wave: And I finally saw these boxes last night. The first one is of the Spider-Man figures. It was upside down and half opened even before they opened it up for me, and the only interesting figure in it was a single Rhino (yawn): The last box is super tricky. I was extremely excited at the prospect of it being MU wave 16, but it turned out to be a Captain America movie refill. Look closely at the wording on it, and you'll be disappointed too: Has anyone got a picture of an actual MU case they've seen? These boxes were surprisingly small compared to the rest of the pallets... |

So when you see them- snag the bx, put it in one of those huge plastic containers they sell and hope no one nabs you on the way to the self service checkout...

Here's what the MU cases look like.
Wave 6 and a Wave 6 Revision 1 box.

From talking to the floor... professionals, they said customers are not allowed to touch the boxes on their own, but if there's space for the product on the shelf, the professionals can open and unpack them at the customer's request.
I'm always wondering if the overhead cameras are watching me looking at these boxes and taking pictures. |

Nice! Do you ever get to keep the boxes? I haven't asked yet, but was tempted last night. Perfect storage/moving material for these collections!

Those are pics I have of cases here at the house that I ordered from bbts. They are identical to the boxes the stores get. Yes the do make excellent storage. And yes they will let you take the boxes home if you ask them. Once they are broken down, they usually head to the compactor.

I go to walmarts around midnight to do the same. Usually truck nights for general merchandise non division 1 store are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Division 1 (supercenters) can get stuff in every day but not always toys.

Is that how you guys get all the good MU stuffs? LOL. Since I am not a Vampire (unfortunately, lol) I am usually hunting the sleep variant around that time. LOL.

When I go figure hunting, it's midday. I've been to Walmart at midnight with Tiberius a few times (once or twice, he's done it more than me) and we're always disappointed. We (Tiberius really) don't bother for the sake of gas money. The day I find something worth getting at Walmart at midnight, is the day I get more room for my figures. A miracle.

The weight thing he is talking about is if you only ring up the plastic bin thing and then sit it on the bagging area with the toy box inside it will tell you if there is too much weight for the scanned item |

Awesome board, I too have seen they're pallets with boxes full of them by their toy section, but couldn't decipher what was in them. Now I know what to look for and yes was at a Walmart late and didn't see anything good. What do TRU and Target ones look like?

Sorry, no offense to the originator of this post, but for Christs Sake, we're talking about CARDBOARD BOXES here folks. How has this thread gone past one post? Yeah we get excited, but I'm pretty sure ANYONE could identify a Hasbro Marvel Action Figure box, especially when IT IS LISTED ON THE BOX ITSELF!!
This reminds me of the thread where the dude got all excited that he met a person that works at Hasbro..and thanked them. smh.

Yeah, I have my nice little unwarranted infraction to show for it, but hey, call it like you see it. I do not know Peteparker, I have nothing against him, or ANYONE on this site. Actually I enjoy most folks. But this topic? eh.
