They just had to make the MCU Red Skull costume I preferred an SDCC exclusive but with an overpriced novelty light instead of a gun.

Cube's pretty awesome at 1:1, though have no need for a red skull figure at all.
Was wondering if the actual one was small enough to be done 1:1, it really wasn't all that big in the movie. Quote:
Walking Dead has too many potential spoilers that could leak and needs the break from SDCC. Marvel has been switching to D23 anyway, though will still have a comics presence. And other AMC shows are getting top billing to start filling more of the demand they're getting as new mainstays, and other properties are bigger trends right now too that'd be smarter to capitalize on. That's not uncommon with SDCC, the older starts sliding out as the newer takes over and becomes the new mainstays. Nature of pop culture conventions. Nothing lasts forever show-wise. It's always in transition to what's new and has audience attention. That's actually relatively normal. What was once huge, doesn't stay huge forever. Walking Dead for example is actually having a mild decline right now, though Fear is still doing well. The new really big thing is HBO's West World, so that and some of the other current comic shows are the bigger focus. Like the Arrow-verse and DC's upcoming other shows/animated stuff. Preacher's got a pretty strong following now too. Netflix likely has a bigger presence too with the wide amount of hits over there. Still cool that more awesome exclusives are getting made now instead of the previous years where it was so random. This year feels much more consecutive awesome from all of them which I'm really glad to see. Hopefully that trend will continue instead of the past years of hit or miss. Dang and the one thing I wouldn't mind getting is the most expensive the Defenders set. Meh, I bet they end up releasing those figures separately.

Great, in stock but when I try to add to cart, it tries to make me sign in again despite being logged in. Then it errors out when I hit sign in. F***ing Hasbro...

AAAANnnnnnnnnd almost 400$ later. I'm spent. Got the Defenders Legends, the Red Skull Legends, The Transformers Card game promo pack, and 2 of the Transformers Prime Throne. Man, tax and shipping was almost 45$. Was a little slow on the site but got everything myself and a friend wanted.
Really the only thing I did not get that I wanted this con season was the NECA TMNT Movie set. |

$128.44 for redskull and a light up box and for a set of 3 comic starwars figures. I feel sick.
My Neca turtles and diorama are being delivered today so there's that. By the way, hasbro has the worst toy ordering site ever. They even beat Matty. |

Not surprised but the Magic cards and the Transformers cards are the first items to sell out.
All the actual figures have been up and in stock for a solid half hour at this point. Was worried for a bit when they said "in stock" for the first 10 minutes without the add to cart buttons live. Last edited by Phantomcrow; 08-13-2018 at 09:39 AM.. |

Ugh, took over 15 minutes to get from "add to cart" to "Payment Success". Now I just hope and pray that I get the confirmation email (a couple minutes after and still nothing). At least I have my proof via Paypal, screenshots, and even saving the stupid order confirmation screen. You gotta be prepared with Hasbro stupidness.
Also kinda worried b/c my order doesn't show up in the "Order History" area. |

I got several timeout error pages along the way, so it's sketchy as hell. Edit: Btw, you can't call them b/c they have too many calls to take calls at the moment according to their phone message. You also cannot email them as their contact form errors out when you try to use it. Last edited by protostar8; 08-13-2018 at 09:55 AM.. |

Ugh lost the Red Skull in the check out nonsense fumbling with my phone. Hopefully that version and the cube get a standard packaging release but unlikely. But got the Defenders and Han so I'm not completely lost. I figured they'd release at Noon EST and was stuck on the road. Oh well.

Does your order show up in your order history? Have you gotten your email yet?

That was ridiculous! From cart to complete was a good 20 minutes! Couldn't get past the shipping address. At least Dr. Aphra lasted a little while - I was convinced once I finally made it to the payment step that she'd be sold out!

I used PayPal and though I took a screen shot of the order confirmation page and have the PayPal order email.....I have no email from hasbro nor is it listed in my orders and items are still in my cart. I can't get through by phone and their email does not work. Is this normal. I mean I have the order number. So should I be worried or will this sort out?

Fortunately snagged the Primal Throne set before they even got the 'add to cart' buttons working. Seems past me was smart in adding that set to my wish list the night before, since the 'add all to cart' button from the wishlist circumvented that issue. BOSS MONKEY!

I just wanted to chime in. I had the same issues with checking out where my payment button would not register. I did not refresh the page and it eventually loaded. I received an email mentioning my payment was confirmed . About 10 minutes ago got my confirmation the order was processed .

I've heard that purchasing convention exclusives on the HTS site would be a nightmare. Truth be told, it wasn't so bad. I checked in a few times around noon. When the items showed as in stock, I put them in my cart. There was a snag during checkout where it seemed to be stuck at the address screen. I got paranoid and switched to my ethernet connected desktop and placed the order again. It went through immediately. The only hiccup was that my discount code wasn't accepted. In any case, I got my confirmation e-mail so I'm good, right? Right?
Also, I'm curious if I lucked out getting the Red Skull. It looks like he's sold out. Is there any restocking of exclusives after they sell out or is that it? |

Don't know if it would have applied in the first place, since promotions (like free shipping) don't apply to exclusives. I'd assume the same is true about discount codes.
