I have no idea.... that back art is fucked.... thing, doom and Namour are from wave 2, Ironman and cap are from wave 1, wolverine, ghostrider and thor are from wave 3. Your figure itself is the stealth variant of the regular yellow/gold figure and by itself moc is around $100-150 max, but this weird packaging error would make it more valueable, and probably desireable, but by how much... I can't exactly say... what I would say is 2 things.. consider getting that gradded, You will pay a premium, but the figure will be completely sealed, protected and have an offical grade of quality. Which always multiples the value of the figure. next I would contact a super collector who has his own youtube channel, his name is solidsnakeinmypants, he owns just about every ML figure ever made and in most cases multiples, he would be the man to ask.

Simply just called " blue" iron man or stealth iron man, goes for around $60-$75, on a good day, the foreign card could help or hurt the value, depending on who you ask. 3 years ago you could have gotten around $150-$200, but times have changed.

Look it up on ebay, still commands high $$ moc, the cheapest on ebay.com atm is $79.99 +shipping whichs makes it a $100 toy, you can find him loose for a lot cheaper. There's a seller asking almost $200 for 1 right now.

You already know what the figure is, so having a second "ID This Toy" thread is unnecessary. Merged.
As to the topic at hand, I don't know how rare yours is, but it looks like a packaging error since Iron Man wasn't in Series 3. EDIT: At least in the US, he wasn't. No idea how foreign releases went. Does it have any other languages on the packaging besides English? As for what it's worth, that's going to depend on what people are willing to pay for it. Most of the time, packaging errors/variants aren't worth any more or less than their regular counterparts. But then there are some completionists who will pay through the nose for any variant, no matter what. Good luck!

Right. He had a second thread with almost the same exact first post in the "ID This Toy" forum, which is now merged with this one. I was just letting him know why the other thread is now gone.
