I hope we get a ML or Figuarts Vision as well.
Y'know, that way I can actually afford one.

Since the movie poster of Vision has in fact been shown, I wonder why HT is only teasing the back side of the figure. We know what he looks like from the front already. I really do like the movie iteration of this character but I dont like it enough to buy the figure.

It's nice to see them do a new character, for a change.

I think they are showing off the cape MegaPrime. We have seen the front but have yet to see the back until now. I dont see it as a tease but rather a bonus reveal!
That said, he looks great! I am sure the HT will be spot on. I only collect 3.75" but i did enjoy seeing a sneak peak at his cape!!! I am actually taking my son out of school on 23 APRIL for the first screening at 11:30 am.... telling the school he has a dentist appointment!!! That either makes me a great dad or a horrible one! Either way, he is a lucky lad!

Not trying to be a big debaser but his cape looks like curtains from the late 60s-early 70s.

Hey, I'm sure this film will help me more in life than English, Maths, or Chemistry X'D As for Vision, we can get Vortious to cast us the parts in AoU colours, but that cape will be interesting to recreate in our scale |

Yeah, I know about those, but I'm talking movie version.

source Hot Toys : Avengers: Age of Ultron - Vision 1/6th scale Collectible Figure
There are more images on their site , but they do hint a possible spoiler so click the source link at your own risk, if you have seen the movie you might agree with me. Please do not hotlink photos from other peoples websites. -Toyark Staff Last edited by Joe Moore; 05-15-2015 at 03:40 AM.. |

Also, I wanted a Hot Toys Vision. But this is a miss for me. Head sculpt is too inaccurate and the costume didn't translate that well.
If they fix the head sculpt to be more film accurate, then I might consider it. But the rubber outfit looks more "Medicom" than Hot Toys.

I agree the head sculpt is off, but I think the costume looks great, and I love that it comes with mjolnir. I'm hoping he'll be around the $220 mark for price.

If they fix the head, it may sway me. Getting the most important part functionally wrong throws the whole thing off. It looks to be based more on the promo art, which makes it look like he has a helmet, as opposed the in movie, where those pieces look like a part of his head.

Out...STANDING! PO'd the moment this goes live. I agree about the head sculpt being a bit off, but lately HT has been good about making adjustments based on fan complaints. We shall see.

He looks amazing. I really enjoyed his character in the movie. I remember thinking Coulson would be vision but I realized that wouldn't make sense. Oh well I hope he goes up for pre-order soon.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but wish the eyes didn't have pupils. The comic character never had pupils. Might feel differently after seeing the film.

I've seen the movie, and I think they gave him actual eyes to make him seem more human. But hey, that's just some random dude's opinion on the internet.

Yeah, it's a little tough to gauge where someone's looking if they have blank eyes. I was worried when pictures were first revealed that I wouldn't like Vision in the movie, but I think it worked out quite well once he's actually moving on screen.
