Though I'll probably never accept it as Rhino, it looks pretty damn cool.

I'm bothered by the fact he isn't your typical bad guy in a costume. Instead they chose to copy Iron Man and have this be like Monger 2.0. I mean if Electro can be a mutated human, why not Rhino?
I think this figure certainly looks cool, and it would display awesome for sure, but it's definitely a pass for me, regardless of price. |

To me this is an overpriced piece of plastic, based on a design I hate on a character I love. I shall have no part of this abomination. I'm a throwback kind of guy and like my characters to be comic accurate, and this is so far from that. Also this is going to be $500-600 range + shipping, no thanks... I'd rather get 3-4 HT IM figures, or whole set of HT IM busts for the same or lesser price as this figure. You really need to have an awesome paying job to afford more then 1 or 2 HT figures.

if it was a little smaller and came with the actor, It may be worth a 600 dollar purchase. but it does look like a giant hunk of plastic and hottoys will charge like its real metal.

The detail is incredible. However I don't see how the damn thing can stand on its own. It has tiny little legs supporting a huge barrel of a body.

It's not the classic Rhino but still looks awesome. But not for $500. Too bad Marvel Select didn't make one. That would be awesome. I'd buy that. And just gotta throw it out there... Marvel Legends dropping the ball on Falcon. Marvel Select dropping the ball on Winter Solider. And also on producing a sentinel or any of the actual good possible figures from DOFP. Smh.

Has anyone told Tony Stark that someone is stealing his designs? he's gonna be pissed! I agree with everyone, the mech-rhino doesn't appeal to me, but in the comic he wasn't mutated, it was an experimental bio skin suit grafted onto him, which all in all seems to fit the Amazing Spider Man movie universe super science theme better than the robo ironman suit IMO.

And really? 3-4 Iron Man figures instead of some variety? I'm probably not going to buy this figure, but I don't really understand your logic.

This rhino is kind of based on ultimate rhino, since the new Spider-Man movies are based on ultimate Spider-Man.

It doesn't hurt that it is based on the Ultimate Marvel universe, as others have stated. I'd much rather they tinker with Rhino and Electro than give us the Roid-Goblin. But even that may be on its way in a future film too.

I like the figure as just a figure. It's pretty cool. But the way he is portrayed in the movie ruins this whole thing for me.

I didn't like it at first, either, but I thought it worked in the film. It could also be a prelude to his more-classic suit appearing in a future film, since Oscorp apparently doesn't stop at lizards and spiders when it comes to animal testing.
