Well I already have the Jedi version Hot Toys Boba Fett and love it, didn't think I'd need another but I do prefer his look in Empire, and with all these armor variant pieces in the Deluxe set, looks like I'll have more flex payments on my account.

Been waiting for this one but I guess I'm slightly underwhelmed because it didn't surprise me with anything I'd really like.
I'm such a fan of accessories, but I'm a little disappointed with the deluxe as I don't think I'd ever use them. I'll probably still get it to have but would've much preferred a different base or something else. I know they wouldn't do a Han in Carbonite b/c Sideshow is, but something more interesting would've been welcome. |

I’m still waiting for a Star Wars Hot Toy to wow me so much that I can’t resist buying it because I’d like at least one but it has to be THE ONE. I initially thought I have to get this Boba and then quickly realised how unattached to his character I am and that there’s really only the one signature pose where he’s resting with his rifle against his body.
Sadly I don’t think anything from the original trilogy is going to win me over. I may struggle to resist the likes of Dooku, Maul (but then I’d absolutely need Qui Gon and Obi Wan for the Dual Of Fates,) Grievous or even Battle Droids and Droidekas which I just think look awesome. The price tag would probably change my mind on the droids though. A Mustafar Obi Wan and Anakin would be great with the dirty, burnt robes, ruffled, sweaty hair, Anakin’s sith eyes and both with battling expressions. It’d be hard to say no to that. |

It'd be cool if the deluxe version had a third helmet that was the same color as the flightsuit so you could have a Kenner-inspired Boba on display (when you add on the yellow and red wristguards)

I usually love the HotToys StarWars stuff (I stick to the MCU and DCCU stuff myself with HotToys because I know the money/space pit it would be to try and keep up with the StarWars line)...but something about this just makes me think of a little kid dressed up in brilliant Boba Fett cosplay.
