Any word on if he'll be coming out in the S.T.A.R.S. outfit?

Are you sure they'd make it an exclusive?
That would be very inconvenient. Wasn't hot toys R.P.D. Leon Kennedy not an exclusive? I'm only asking this so I may be certain before I buy this one. Last edited by yourfacehere; 05-26-2009 at 05:15 AM.. |

But this is the only version they have solicited, and is only 1 of 3 current RE5 figures, none of which have had variants solicited. |

This is true... However looking at the resident evil 4 figures I see Leon and Krauser have two figures each. And then there's the chainsaw guy..... That might mean we may get a variant but it may just be Wesker's mutation. At any rate I hope there will be a S.T.A.R.S. variant, and if there is I know I'll find the info here. |

Interestingly enough on the Hot Toys website Wesker, Chris, and Sheva, are listed as follows. 12 inches high Albert Wesker collectible figure (Midnight ver.) 12 inches Chris Redfield collectible figure (BSAA ver) 12 inches high Sheva Alomar collectible figure (BSAA ver) This may allude to a variant as Leon and Krauser have been listed the same way, where as the chainsaw grenado has not. Leon S. Kennedy (Regular Ver) 1/6th fully poseable action figure Leon S. Kennedy (R.P.D. ver) 1/6th fully poseable action figure Jack Krauser (Regular ver) 1/6th fully poseable action figure Jack Krauser (Post Transformation Exclusive) 1/6th fully poseable action figure Ganado Chainsaw 1/6th fully poseable action figure Though I suppose this could mean anything, and if my posting is out of line you can remove it. Not out of line at all. It is an interesting observation. I say the more figures from Hot Toys, the better.

Even if he doesn't thats an EASY outfit to make, minus the logos on the sleeves. I am so getting this, Shiva and Chris (though Chris will be geting ripped off that horrible Rubber body Hot Toys seems to love to use for half their figures Lately) as I have the Colonial Marines Drake that came with that same body and not only are they really lmited in their poseability..they beginf to disentigrate quickly. Still all the Hot Toys Resident Evil stuff looks kick ass massively, just need a few tweeks to make em look perfect

no The RPD LEON was not en exclusive just a diff outfit. I have both versions. The use of Exlcusive reffered to the Blade Arm Krauser but it wasnt exclusive to a store, just that particular body was meant as an exclusive mold for that figure as it used the rubber body the non transformed krauser had but with a totally diff side where the transformed arm was.

A full rubber upper body? I thought it'd be a rubber sleeve over a normal style body. Making it out of full rubber seems impractical . |
